I…read morevisited many showrooms in the area but decided to go with Jubilee and I am so happy that I did! The showroom is beautiful, well lit and very comfortable to go through. The work was done in a timely manner, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Because I have had those countertops for three years I can testify to the quality of the work and the beauty of the product over time. My kitchen has a lot of corners and curves and Jubilee templated the granite that I chose perfectly. The seams for the project in my kitchen are so tight and flawlessly matched and finished that you cannot even tell there is a seam! Very impressive. I was so happy with how Jubilee had helped me with my past project that I decided to go with them again when we recently renovated our main bathroom. Once again, I so am delighted with the work that Jubilee has done to help us. Our countertops are beautiful! Of all of the contractors that came into our house Jubilee was the easiest to work with, they worked around the schedule with our other contractors and were always available for communication. I also love that Jubilee does not make their customers pay for a whole slab of quartz. Instead you pay for only the amount of quartz required for the job, which gives their product a great value. Vanessa helped me with my selections and was so patient with all of my questions. She also helped me with my selections. I highly recommend Jubilee.

I was very pleased to find Legacy Plumbing who clearly had the best reviews for plumbing services in the Dallas area. I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. As I have always said, selecting a reputable company and high-quality equipment is important, but having it installed properly by a team of highly knowledgeable experts is the most important aspect of the job. Jason and his wonderful team did exactly that.

I was even able to buy a cookbook, "Cook it in your Dutch oven" at a nice discount. Every household should own a Dutch oven! They had great deals, and I'd say for anyone looking at their first Le Creuset, definitely check out this store. :) I ended up paying about $190 for a 7.25 qt round dutch oven in the ombre blue before taxes. I fell in love with the braisers though, too, and reeeeally wanted the fig color. So I ran to Crate & Barrel the next day. Both are sitting super pretty in my kitchen (AND being used!!) haha. Would def come back if I decided to expand my Le Creuset collection. :)

From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

He literally interrogated me on a store coupon YOUR company sent me in the mail. Stating if the coupon was used before I could not use it again. It was a new coupon and proceed to clip the coupon with sissiors. "He kept telling me "to have a blessed day. " with some serious attitude, I'm not sure why? He was frazzled when I handed him a coupon for 4$ off a 19 lb box of kitty litter. He left the register and said "it was only good on a 15-24 lb box." He went to look at my purchase located in my cart. My purchase was a 19 lb box. Clearly it met the coupons value. He again told me "to have a blessed day. ". I'm taking this attitude as a "screw you customer". I paid and was leaving and the customer behind me said "what about all these other items? " Austin only rang up 1/2 of my shopping cart items. He was so concerned about my 2 (two) coupons. Thinking I was reusing a coupon he was beside himself he forgot to ring up my complete cart. He again told me "to have a blessed day. ". I found this highly offensive because he basically was telling me to "screw you or f?;k off. " he told me approximately 8-10 times without a response from me. I never raised my voice or was rude. He was obsessed with me receiving a discount. Austin does not need to be working with consumers. He also does not know how to make change. Not good for cash paying customers. I never could locate your customer service counter? Do you not have one? I have since been back to this location and I'm still disappointed. January 2025

I SO wanted them to work out... I spoke with Yvette, who was really kind, and helpful. She collected my info and said Holly (the owner) would give me a call back to schedule the estimate. Holly called me back same day and the estimate was scheduled for the next day. The gentleman who came for the estimate arrived on time and was extremely professional. He clearly understood what needed to be done for each project we needed. Being the fairly new owners of the home, I wasn't sure if the previous owners had left some paint behind, so I requested the estimate include the cost if we had the paint, as well as the cost if they needed to provide the paint. He said I'd have an invoice by end of day. Nine days later I still hadn't received an invoice, and because I'd initially been impressed by the company, I called to follow up. Holly apologized and said she'd send it over immediately, and she did. However, the invoice was missing almost half the projects we'd discussed and only included the cost if we provided paint. I contacted her back pointing out the missing items, and received another estimate. The second estimate still had missing items. After a couple of emails and five updated estimates later the info still wasn't correct. We received five estimates from five different companies for our job and it was coming down to Mr Fixit Fast and another company. We ultimately went with the other company, even though they charged $600 more. I really wanted it to work with Mr Fixit Fast, and maybe another time we'll give them a call and try again, but for this project we didn't believe the work we needed done would actually get done because the estimates kept leaving them off and the costs kept changing.

To begin with, I spoke with Holly the owner. I scheduled an afternoon appointment to have a handyman come out and give a quote. On the day of, he surprised me by showing up just shortly before 9am when I had very little time. He claimed he was told morning...ok, I let it go. He provided a quote which I felt was reasonable and scheduled a repair for the next week. The day of the repair came and there was a downpour. This would affect part of the repair process, so I called and spoke with Holly. She seemed unaware of what exactly was going on and was unsure if the repair man would be coming or not. This struck me as very strange, but asked if she could find out. How could she not know? In any case, I get a call from the handyman about 2 hours after he was supposed to be there and we agreed to reschedule for the next week..exactly ONE week later. Here is the reason for this ONE star review: the next week rolls around and it is 9am..when he is supposed to be at my house. Nothing. I wait patiently...all the way until NOON...after noon I had heard nothing and decided to give them a call. Once again, I spoke with Holly who had no idea what was going on. She said she would call the handyman. About 40 minutes later the handyman calls apologizing claiming he forgot that today was my appointment. He said he forgot to write it down the last time we spoke and asked me to call Holly to reschedule. What's worse? Holly the owner NEVER called me. To this day, I have yet to hear a word from her. Not so much as an apology or anything. Not a peep. I did a little checking and it seems she contracts repair work out to independent contractors. Whatever the case, there is a serious disconnect between her and the repairmen she contracts with. And to make it worse she doesn't seem concerned with following through with her clients and making sure they are taken care of. I repeat: to this day I HAVE NOT heard a single word from Holly the owner about her company standing me up. Very unprofessional.
