Wow...2016 Ford Explorer we leased from metro a year ago has been in body shop for well over a month and they haven't even started work on it!! Have not received a single phone call or email update from them to date, at all, ever. My insurance rep has checked in physically at shop multiple times and still no work has been done even though all work has been approved for over a month now by progressive. Shop will not answer phone now and has yet to contact me a single time. Last time I checked in this month the estimated finish date was 12/19 but that was after multiple calls where the lady kept saying "call back later I don't know when it will be done". If the body shop doesn't know when the body shop will be done with body work then that is a problem!! Not customer job to find out when work is commenced and complete. Will not be purchasing or serving a vehicle here again. Watch out!! Rude people around every corner of the place and complete incompetence in the body shop. Hopefully someone with a brain will contact me after this post...would be terrible to have to get a cab to metro just to speak with someone about a job that should have taken less than a week. My car was making a weird noise, we brought it in and they were too busy to look at it. We had to drop it off and so they can look the following day. Once they finally looked at it, they claimed the truck needed a complete engine. Seems like a scam to me, since the truck was running alight. It's the easiest way to make a lot of money, without figuring out what the actual problem is. Later on, I tried paying my bill so my guys can pick up the truck, as I was out of town and the dealership wanted to charge me for holding it (since they forced me to drop it off to begin with). I called, but they apparently didn't have my card on file... and won't take cards by phone.... I need to send me card info via email... clearly the most secure form of payment. False advertising. Misleading managers. They lured me in with false numbers and pretexts, for later to try and seal a deal for some more $$$. Ended up buying there. Internet team was nice. Sales specialists Jefferson is really knowledgable. Still had to clash with his manager due to his lack of professionalism. I was about to walk away pushed away by his bad manners. Finance department was efficient, and highly appreciated Jefferson attention to detail were he invited us to come back for more product explanation. read more

The treatment we got in the service department was excellent! Our 2007 Ford Escape hybrid was having brake issues that Larry's Service Center couldn't address. We had the Escape towed to Metro as it's the closest to the house, and were unsure what to expect. First of all, they have a rental service on-site, so no need to hang around or bum a ride from your friend. Rental fees are reasonable, ~$50 a day for a small SUV, less if you take a car. Fernando, the service manager we dealt with, was great. Very communicative, explained things in good detail. Our situation was not very cut and dried, as our car has high mileage and any repair we make is likely to be more than the value of the car. Fernando totally got that and was very clear that if he took step 1, and the car wasn't fixed, step 2 might be more than the car was worth. He gave us all the information we needed in order to make a decision. We were delighted when he called us a few days later to say that step 1 worked! WHOHOO! We drove up there on a Saturday, paid for the rental and the repair, and were about to drive off when we noticed that the brake light was on. GRR!!! Darren, the guy helping us (maybe his name was Derrick?) was genuinely upset that this happened, and arranged for us to keep the rental at no charge! Very nice touch that ameliorated the irritation at 1+ hours wasted going up there. Ultimately, the cost to repair the car fully was going to be in excess of $4,000, so we took a pass, but I thought the whole process was a painless as could be expected. read more

DISHONEST! Don't waste your time!! I've bought many cars in my day: new, used, certified, preordered; but never have I had such a lousy and dishonest car buying experience. Their financing department is terrible! The first day I went in the finance guy tried to tell me that I'd never get anything more than their lowball offer for my trade, and that his lowball offer was good in that moment only. So when they matched a higher appraisal I received from another dealer the next day, I should have known they were full of crap. After negotiation, the first buyers order I get has some random nitrofill warranty that was never mentioned and I don't want! Then after a long wait and telling them I want to use my own financing they come back with another buyers order this time there's a $2000 extended warranty I didn't ask for!!!! Do they think people can't read?! I should have left there and then. But I call my bank anyway to run numbers for financing. The finance guy again puts the wrong numbers on the sheet and can't get it right, then gets disrespectfully loud on the phone with my bank representative when she asks for the proper paperwork. To make matters more dishonest and shady, THEY RAISED THE PRICE OF THE CAR ONLINE by 1300 while I was at the dealership! Incredibly suspicious and a huge time wasting experience. After my daughter's car was towed to the dealership with a transmission, problem possible, and finding out there are 2 transmission recalls on the car. The service center would not even look at the car or do the recalls, The service manager, simple said to my daughter on the phone "Get the car off our lot immediately" no help, no quick look to see if the recalls would fix it, which both had a good a chance of fixing the problem. sounds like to me they are over worked, under staffed, and really do not care. i would give a negative star if was an option. read more

The whole 5 stars goes towards our beautiful Ford Edge and Julio. Julio was super helpful, a really nice guy and worked with us to get the best price for what we wanted. Honestly, we walked out after speaking with his manager who belittled and degraded us, so we were about to go with a Jeep we were eyeing. Worst dealership I have ever bought from. I purchased a focus rs witch was a demo with 5000 miles. I later found out that it had two damage reports and when I found out they said tough luck the car is yours now. Even after they said they fixed the damages I literally pulled bolts out of my bumper with my hands right in the service center when they said my car was good to go. Told me the price for the hot new truck of the moment "was $15,000 over sticker" Not kidding. If it was possible I would give this business a minus star. I called twice today to inquire about a new 2021 truck for sale on the website. Was told no problem, come over is on the lot to see. When i got there i asked to speak to Juliette whom i spoke to and was handed off to another guy who was supposed to take me to see the new truck. We walk around the lot and low an behold he can't find it. Makes reference that they have a white one, not the one i want. Then he says he asked someone else and that the "new" truck was out as a loaner. We asked the mileage that this "new" truck has since they loan it out. He said that the " new" truck had about 1500 miles. B.S. that is NOT A NEW TRUCK ANYWAY. I told him forget it, I was lied to. As we are waking away, once again he says they have a white one. DO NOT BUY PARTS HERE ! The parts are faulty this place is a scam! On Dec 16, 2019, I purchased 2 taillights through Mike in parts for my 2005 Mercury Montego for $1,626.08. Four months later both LED lights had water in them and they both stopped working. I called and had them order another pair for replacement. Not even 6 months later, the same thing happened, water got in them and I had to call once again and have them replaced. 3 months later the same thing happened with the left taillight. I drove all the way down from Tampa, where I live and arrived at metro Ford to get them replaced and installed. There was a total of 3 x I had to take this trip to Miami. With my fingers crossed and hoping for the best the taillights died on me a 4th time! I called the Parts Manager Raul Nodal and told him what had been going on to which he responded well all we can do is order another replacement. I explained that this inconvenience had happened 3x already and I needed a refund because these parts are either not original or faulty. He replied that protocol doesn't allow for a refund and gave me a customer service number to call and see what they can do. I called and they basically gave me the same run around. They can't give me a refund because it's been more than 30 days but they can have them replaced a 5th time ! To make matters worse after 2 years which will be 12/06/21 I won't even be able to get them replaced anymore because of the the two year replacement policy. What a joke I spent $1,600 for "original parts" and all I got in return was defective parts. I would have been better off buying them from eBay used and taking the chance instead of buying them from this place ! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THIS PLACE !!! They will not provide quotes online and bait you to come in only to increase the price of the car and not honor the online pricing. They have a good rating on the BBB site because they have their employees fill out fake reviews to keep their ratings up. They do not care about customer service. I am not someone who writes online reviews, but the incredibly poor experience I had (and continue to have) at Metro Ford is something that I had to share to warn others. I decided to do a lease end purchase of my Ford EcoSport on 8/28. There was no financing involved so the process should have been quick. I was there for approximately four hours due to various fees I was being asked to pay that they could not explain. They were asking me to pay a $299 E-filing fee, a $799.95 pre delivery services fee, and an additional $500 fee which they still have not been able to explain what it is for, but they swore that it was on the contract. I fought the $500 fee and had to speak to three different salespeople, which took hours, before they finally agreed to remove it because they could not show me on the contract where I had agreed to pay that fee. The $799.95 pre-delivery services fee is described as "costs and profit to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale." As I drove the car to the dealer and left in the same car (now having purchased it) there was zero inspecting, cleaning, or adjusting of my vehicle as described in the fee. All they did was the document preparation, pretty steep at $799.95. In addition, I have not been given a copy of the signed bill of sale. I have made more than a dozen phone calls to the agent, Jose Diaz, to get a copy and a month later I have not received anything. They only send me a copy without signatures. I have also not received my title in the mail and have called the title clerk at the dealership numerous times and left various messages. Again zero replies. Beware of suspect fees and expect a bad experience. read more

The worst car buying experience I ever had. I bought a 2020 Mustang with only 3600 miles. Besides the entire staff and personnel speaking Spanish at every chance they got, was knowing they were just talking behind your back, (unprofessional) was the least of the bad marks with this dealership.... 1) Would not get me floor mats. 2) Would not give a 2nd key. 3) The CARFAX they gave me was fraudulent. The Manager looked me straight in the eye and said the car never was damaged, after I questioned why it was bought at an auction being only 3 months old. Turns out, I spent $39 and got my own CARFAX after the fact. Yes the vehicle I purchased was rear ended in a car accident. Was lied to just to get me in the dealer. I drove all the way from West Palm after 5 days of going back and forth with Oscar Matter. We worked out a deal. I paid to have a check overnighted from my credit union. When I arrived I never got to meet Oscar. I was passed on to Sergio. He showed me the truck then went to get all the paperwork together. After an hour of waiting,​ they presented me with a price over $6,000 more than I agreed to. I told them that wasn't the deal Oscar and I made. They came back with another price still over $2,000 more than the agreed upon price. I told them either do the agreed upon deal or give me my keys. They let me leave. Worst service center. Spend our time. Assistant service manager Albert Bellas couldn't get what do I want from him, why do I complain. I've been there 4-5 times already the staff they fixed is broken again, they asked me about the paperwork which I never gave them before because for this time I don't suppose to pay my bill I guess, since it's broken because of them. Oh Gosh for today I left all my paperwork at home the international license I can't present cause it's not kind of "real license". We agreed on a price for a used car but could not buy it on the day because we were missing some papers for the financing. We had to come back the next day, a 45 minutes drive each way. The salesman Went to see his manager and came back, saying that he wanted to speak with us. we left the table to go into the 'manager's office' and there, the guy told us in a very rude and aggressive way that there was no way he was going to sell the car to us on the price HE agreed the day before!! I dropped my Mustang for an oil change and recall. Its an older car so while there, I asked them to check on prices for few parts and a light that was on my dash. I am now in day 3 and my car is still not ready. They blame the delay on researching for my parts. My rep Derrick never answered a single one of my calls it always went to voicamail and I had to hunt down a manager to finally get a status on my car. Now they say another hour. Lets see.
