I was a little skeptic to do business with this company after reading the reviews, but I had no other choice because no one else in Miami had the parts that I needed. Long story short, I'm glad I did because I got a great running motor for a fraction of what I was quoted at the dealer.

This review is solely about Luis Valdivia the service manager who ive tried to speak to…read moreFor about a month, i called 6x in one day and everytime i go in person hes never available and the only response i get from the front desk girls is that he will call me back (he has never called me back) or hes in a meeting, ive had my $120k Hummer in service for over 2 months and its currently still there awaiting parts, and Ive been trying to speak to him about my situation and he hides behind the service reps and never calls me back, its seems like he tells Sistina to call me but theres only so much she can do, at this point i no longer care to speak to him as im currently in the process of lemoning the vehicle.. but the horrible lack of attention of care from Luis needs to be brought to someone attention, i find it super disrespectful that he cant even call a customer back On a brighter note the dealer itself is amazing from my sales rep and fianace GC and service rep Sistina they are always following up with me and keeping me up to date with the status

I told them I was on there website. Showed them all the information. I left because the numbers wasn't working for me with all the Extra FEEs they added on for a CASH DEAL. I gave John a handshake and left. I received a call from Jennifer saying what are my numbers and she will possibly speak with the GM (general manager) and see what can be done. I told her she could have kept me there while she spoke with him she kept telling me over and over he's not here on site and I repeated she could have kept me there while she did that I'm not coming back. She hung up in my face. That was extremely disrespectful and rude. If I was ever to get a call from her GM or John for the SALE I would only do it if she doesn't get the commission. I would have rated my experience better if the phone call ended better and a simple apology won't mean anything.

I contacted Partsmax and they only had the left side-view mirror in stock but I was told they could order the one I needed. The part I needed was ready to be picked up within 24 hours!!!
