This business is off and on. There are different people nearly every time. I have to constantly…read moreshow them how I like my bed made. What products I want used and it's a constant training. I asked for a reminder of 24 hours which is easy electronically and then get one an hour before. Tired of strangers in and out of my home. I also used one of her girls who claimed to be able work on side for Laura . They said they only pay her 20.00 per hour. Laura the owner only gives them a short amount of time to clean and if it's not done in that time the girls don't get paid. Then the girl Liz was caught stealing and the police were called. She says they back ground check but has never proved it. When I asked for the same people as I have over and over I was told they would not be able to service my home. The reason she can't send the same people is because she can't keep the employees. They quit. I'd recommend finding another housekeeper . Plus you have the nerve to post a picture of my home in your add. The house looks like it does because I keep it that way not her company.

He was very professional and easy to understand, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained their cleaning process. He also gave me an itemized quote over the phone, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Greg accommodated my schedule and showed up at my house on time with his wife Tamara. They first did a walk through to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and expectations were set. They were friendly and approachable, and I could tell very early on that they are great people. When cleaning, Greg and Tamara didn't cut any corners. To the contrary, they worked super hard and went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. They vacuumed my carpet several times in all different directions to ensure the removal of several years worth of accumulated cat fur. A while back I accidentally spilled candle wax on the carpet in my office (it was a pretty big spill). Greg noticed it and offered to remove it, which he did with success! I've lived in my house for almost a decade and have never seen the bathrooms so clean. There were a few other areas I wanted cleaned that were not included in the deep cleaning package that I'd purchased, but they cleaned them anyway. I have really nice 'molding' type baseboard and nothing wrong with it so no reason to pull it out except it would be easier on the installers. They were going to glue down the laminate - NOPE! even I know that you don't glue down laminate, it's a floating floor system. And so I went to Smitty's, who were wonderful! the installers were perfectionists, it looks beautiful, and the job was cheaper than Lowe's wanted. I couldn't be more pleased. I'll never go anywhere else for flooring and have rec'd them to all my friends and on NextDoor.
