This is explained prior to receiving/paying for service. But the reviews and past customer happiest led me to come here. I was also told I would be given the opportunity to test the screen before paying to ensure I was satisfied. Located in Westlake, once you get to the front door of the building it's a short easy walk up upstairs and it's the first office on the right. I signed in, he told me a few housekeeping things to be mindful of after the phone gets repaired. I dropped off the phone and it took no longer than 15 minutes. The screen worked great! Very responsive and felt like a brand new phone. I tested it and happily paid. I would not hesitate recommending people to come here for iPhone repairs. Easy consultation, fast service and good communication.

He was very kind and made sure that I understood the process and any subsequent notifications that may happen after I get a screen replacement from a non-Apple provider, which are temporary and harmless. He also let me check for dead spots on my phone just in case. TLDR: very helpful and detail-oriented, would highly recommend!

The only thing I can say is they're under-staffed. The wait for service to speak to someone is ridiculously long. I think we had a 30 min quote to wait to be served and we gave up and left, then got an alert like 2 hours of waiting had we stayed. I blame the volume more than the employees and the customers probably tend to have tech issues and need hand holding and a lot of explaining. I also feel the employees are under pressure to "UPSELL" service plans, accessories and negotiate customers into upgrades while dangling a lot of confusing offers that might sound like cost savings or free gifts (like an iPad or Apple Watch) but you end up paying more monthly and if you stopped, analyzed what you're be paying over the course of the months and months of increased payment plans fees, your annual costs and lifetime expenditures for that "free" gift or upgrade probably wasn't / isn't free and you paid more than retail for what you thought was a freebie. So, in other words, don't be impulsive to agree and analyze (do the math and break it down yourself) what the "deal" entails. Let the buyer beware.

I did not notice the data did not work until the next day when I went out. I contacted customer service via chat, who keep direct me to test and troubleshoot my iPhone. None of the attempts worked. Then, I requested a refund, the customer service told me to call the number to request the refund. I called the number; then, another customer service asked me to go over the test and troubleshoot again. I explained that I had gone through the troubleshooting step already. However, the cs still force me to go through that step again with the reason it is the procedure. Then, they denied issuing a refund due to the date of purchase being outside of the time range, which did not work. According to the law, Boost Mobile failed to provide unlimited data, which they market, so they must issue a refund or customers can legally sue them. After several transfer phone calls for approximately 2 hours, I finally can get my refund and they cancel the account. I had to run to T-mobile immediately. Strongly recommend avoiding the scam.

Felix was our Customer Service represwentative when we arrived at 5:30 PM on a Thursday. After reviewing our contract the phone in question Iphone 14 had 9 more payments left and we decided to get a replacement which is a refurbished 14 rather than pay off the remaining 9 installments and then incur the cost of getting the latest 17 phone. The replacemwent phone took a bit longer to receive but when we got it on Monday, we made an appointment to get it set up as we still had questions regarding if we could turn in the replacement and get the newer model 17 at a reduced cost which was not the case. Unlike previous reviews for this location, 5 stars for both appointments and visits and I suspect that many of the negative reviews are during times when AT&T have a promotion in which this store and other stores get really busy with very long wait times.

When we inquired about going to an Apple Store, she stated that we could not proceed there because a code was required, which she was unable to provide. We ultimately went to the Apple Store, where we had an excellent customer experience. AT&T should strive to employ staff who provide a similar level of service.
