She went in because her iPhone screen was completely frozen and she needed help getting it working again. Instead of taking a moment to look at the phone or try even the most basic troubleshooting, the representative she spoke with -- Steve -- brushed her off almost immediately. He told her there was nothing he could do and that she should call about her warranty to see if she could get a new phone. He didn't attempt a restart, didn't check the device, and didn't offer any real assistance. My mom left the store feeling dismissed, frustrated, and confused -- especially difficult for an elderly customer who came in specifically for help. When she got home, my brother performed a simple hard restart, and the phone worked perfectly again. This is something the store could have easily tried in seconds. It's disappointing that my elderly mother wasn't given even the most basic level of support. This store needs to improve its customer service, patience, and willingness to help -- especially when seniors come in needing guidance.

That's when they informed me that the phone was still attached to a payment plan on someone else's account. At the same time I took a phone for repair. They broke the screen, tore up the battery, and damaged some connectors inside. I walked in with a working phone and walked out with my phone In pieces. Thankfully I found a shop that was able to fix all of the damage and get my phone working $305 later. I told the worker SAL about what happened and his response was "I thought my tech knew how to fix phones". I told him what's done is done reimburse me for the damage that was done by the shop. He text me they would Zelle me the refund for the damage. They never send the refund so now I have to waste my time taking him to small claims. It's honestly not worth my time but it's about the principle of saying something will be done and then not doing it. I have the text where he acknowledges damaging it. He says he will get it paid for and he never did so wha was going to be $305 and everyone walks away fine now gets dragged out and fees get added to the small claim. Once I get paid the amount owed to me I will remove this review and go on my merry way.

When I informed them the costs the sales rep said over the phone, which was at as low as $8 and as high as $18 (depending on device) for 36 months, he said he didn't see that. My husband stopped by and they had it all taken care of right away. Pricing is very reasonable, service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend them and greatly appreciate their help in getting my kids back on the road! They were very happy to see their car back in action. If you have an electronic that needs some care make sure to reach out to them. Parking can be a little tight but there are spaces in front and there are plenty of shops in the area so you can drop off your item for repair and get a bite to eat.
