I had a horrible experience with this office, and this is your warning to stay away…read more I was extremely clear that I did NOT want NAD+ added to my treatment because it was not being billed through insurance and I did not agree to pay for it separately. I never received a separate NAD+ IV, and at no point was I clearly told that NAD+ was being added to my regular IV bag. Then afterward, I was sent a $250 invoice for NAD+ that I do not believe I ever received. When I questioned the charge, I was suddenly told that the NAD+ had supposedly been mixed into my regular IV bag. That explanation makes absolutely no sense based on what was communicated to me during the appointment. I specifically declined this treatment. If something is being added to a patient's IV, especially something they already said they did not want and would not pay for, that should be clearly explained and consented to beforehand -- not claimed afterward once a bill is questioned. The communication and billing surrounding this were completely unacceptable and seriously damaged my trust in this provider. Patients should know exactly what is being put into their IV and exactly what they are agreeing to pay for before treatment begins. Based on my experience, I would absolutely stay away from this office.

My interaction with Joe, the office manager, was one of the worst customer service experiences I've…read moreever had. I called to ask a simple question about my insurance after the front desk told me I should speak with him directly. Instead of being helpful, he was incredibly rude and dismissive right from the start. Joe came across like a complete douche -- angry, hostile, and acting like he had a chip on his shoulder for no reason. It honestly felt like he had me confused with someone else because his reaction made no sense for such a straightforward question. I've never dealt with an office manager at a doctor's office who behaved this way. He should not be working at a doctors office where people should be empathetic. He lacks empathy. He speaks as if the patients owe him something and seems critical. When patients are just trying to understand their insurance or get basic information, the least they should receive is professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, Joe delivered the exact opposite and left a really terrible impression. This whole office from the doctor to the office manager to the front staff are all horrible and lack customer service. This was the last straw and I stopped going to this god-awful place. There are so many better doctors and their staff out there.

STAY AWAY SHE IS A TERRIBLE DOCTOR. She is a terrible doctor and she is the worst at listening…read more During my visits she is always staring at her computer and hardly listening. And when she is staring at her computer she is always reffering to old tests and I always have to correct. She is supposed to be prepared never before the appointment. For over a year I was having hot flashes in the middle of the night and I have told her about it multiple times, and every time I told her about it she was ssoooo insulting she gave me a condescending smile and said "just push the covers." After a year of her insulting advice I literally had to raise my voice and told her to look at me when I'm speaking to her. And tell her that she needs to help me, she is doctor I am the patient . " You are a doctor and its your job and responsibility to help me." She then told me I can just take test with my gyno and they can tell me if I'm in menopause. It took her over a year to use her brain cells to tell me that. So I then had a appointment with my gyno and I told her I need to take "the test" that would show if I am in menopause. When I saw my gyno, she said there is not a "test" that shows weather I would be in menopause. She said Dr. Helen Rostamloo was wrong. Also I had a hard time trying to get an appointment with my gyno for a regular pap smear and Dr. Helen said she can do it. And I let Dr. Helen do it. I trusted her and I thought I was in good hands. Later I was telling my sister who is a Nurse about it and she was shocked. My sister told me a primary should NEVER be allowed to do a pap smear it always should be done by a gyno. She told me the Primary Doctor is not qualified nor is ever supposed to perform a pap smear. I also have been having ear ringing that has not gone away. I was diagnosed this tinnitus and I asked her what she should recommend. She said don't go to physical therapy 'LOOK ON YOU TUBE."

On my initial visit the front desk staff checked me in quickly and provided the required paperwork. The facility and examination rooms are clean, modern and up to date. Both my…read morehusband and I are medical professionals ourselves so we try to be as low maintenance as possible being we know how busy it can get. So was very disappointed when simple, basic standards of care were not met on several occasions by his rude office staff. 9 out of 10 times you will be placed on hold when calling, not even a friendly voice asking if they can put you on hold, just sound of someone picking up and then sending you to hold music. Was literally on hold for 23 minutes with no live person attempting to check in. Another issue was labs, bloodwork. They will always try to get you to have them drawn in office to make more money and convenient for them. If you draw outside at different lab due to your ins, then you can forget about getting the results from them. I had to keep calling week after week to remind and follow up. Never did I get call back from Dr, instead they made me make an appointment to come in and see the doctor after weeks of waiting just to tell me that all was normal?! Then on separate visit I waited over an hour to be called Back in when I had an appointment. Never made a fuss, understood things happen. What's not right is the double standard when I was a little late to my appointment due to an emergency. Was nowhere near an hour late like they've kept me waiting on numerous occasions. Yet they will automatically turn you away if you're 16 min late and reschedule you 3 weeks away. No empathy shown, no medical questions asked to see why you even need to see the Dr, or what it took for the patient to get there. Asked if the Dr or NP can see in between other patients or wait to see if someone didn't show, and even that wasn't allowed. The receptionist refused to even ask or relay message to Dr. Stated they were "busy" and started offering dates minimum 3 weeks away! Have never witnessed such callous actions from a medical office. Basic, simple standards of care we should expect from our providers are; -getting thru to a live person without first being on hold for 22 minutes -a Dr who cares, remembers you and follows up on your lab work instead of you having to chase down results yourself. - Being able to leave a message for your doctor and get a call back. -an office staff that treats you like a patient vs a number or inconvenience. Really wanted to like this place and Dr, but the negative experiences have much outweighed any positives. Not that they care, but my husband and I will be looking for new provider. As medical professionals we DO NOT recommend this place.
