The front desk staff are the WORST there!! They don't listen and don't even care if you are talking.... If you call them they NEVER pick up the phone and they NEVER return calls...!!! I sat in the waiting room for over 2hr waiting to see the doctor!!! 3 stars ONLY because the doctor was friendly and helpful. read more

rude staff, negative atmosphere and long queue. everything looks unprofessional, dirty, dubious. the offices are in disarray, the walls are almost crumbling, there is a small and stuffy waiting corridor, with little oxygen and a large number of sick people constantly sneezing and coughing. The renovation is so-so, you don't feel safe, everything is cramped and dark. the feeling that you will leave here not as a healthy person, but as a psychologically sick person, and you will also catch a sore. read more

Horrible and rude staff. Any day or time you call they are either closed or on lunch. Horrible attitude, 0 customer service. They are booked out for 5 months, but they say to come as a walk in. They make you wait hours and then turn you away. They get my medications wrong and can't even fax the prescription to my pharmacy. Don't even bother coming here, save yourself the time and headache. I am switching my PCP asap. In the meantime, Dr. desperately needs to consider getting new staff and management. read more

Doctor Nazaryan is a very attentive professional; she responded quickly to my problems and prevented unwanted consequences. I really like the Clinic of doctor Armine Nazariyan and I recommend the clinic read more

The two stars are because this is a good provider. The staff is what this review is for. HORRIBLE staff. I've never been disrespected and treated so poorly ever. The staff literally gets mad and yells at you for asking for blood results, when that's their job. The staff also has a horrible attitude when you walk in as well. Horrible staff amazing doctor. Wish she got better staff. read more

I saw the Dr only once and she seemed caring and understanding. The door was open during the entire consultation with people walking in and out of adjacent rooms. The nurse interrupted us twice asking questions about other patients calling them by name and receiving info about them from the Dr,right in front of me. The Dr left the room in the middle of our conversation to greet some other patient. When I asked for an pre-op test, the nurse got upset that I didn't ask for it at the beginning of my visit. I was asked to pay cash despite my PPO insurance. They told me I will be refunded when the insurance pays them. It's been a month since my blood test and no one has called me with results. They don't pickup their phone and the message box is full. Their door is locked and they won't let you in without an appointment which you cannot get because they don't answer their phone. read more

Nazaryan Armine MD - Doctors Near Me - Glendale, California

Worst doctor ever!!! Does not give a rat's ass about her patients. It's like her goal is to collect patients just to make money off them. She'll prescribe any random medication just to get rid of patients and move on to the next one. She gave my sister a false diagnosis on something major and prescribed medication for her symptoms and it turned out to be a whole different issue. A simple pharmacist diagnosed my sister's issue and a major doctor couldn't. In short, a med student would probably be a better choice than this place. read more

1. Unsanitary Facility. When I went to give blood, there were blood stains on the arm part of the chair. Very disgusting!! 2. Lost my File. I went to get a copy of the blood results I had previously given. They looked for my file for 10 min and said they don't have it. I left my number so they could call me when they found it, but they never called. I had to give blood again. Other than their unprofessional facility, they are unsanitary and messy. read more

Worst place ever 0 star. The front dest staff are the worst.they don't care about patients and they only can put you on hold forever . Very unprofessional place . They never have an appointment and you have to wait 4 hours to see a doctor and when you see a dr she is always in rush and she only can see you for 2min. read more

I took my father there for his first visit ( warned him about typical medical visit ) and was pleasantly surprised both by the front desk people and the doctor herself. She was very attentive, asked some questions, checked everything and provided necessary referrals my father needed. I can say that I rarely am that satisfied with any visit to any medical office. Great experience. read more

The staff is the worst and the doctor didn't even spend 5 minutes with me when I went in to see her. I had to do a walk in because they didn't have any appointments for the next 3 months! I sat in the waiting area for literally 5 hours only to see the doctor for 3 minutes. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME! I needed to get a referral for a general surgeon to remove a lump on my side. I went in on January 13 and never heard back from them in regards to my authorization. I never got a letter in regards to the authorization. I called them last Friday on February 25 to follow up with them and they told me it was still pending. Today, I called my insurance to follow up on their end and was told that the request was submitted on February 25 and that there were no previous requests and that the authorization process took 5 to 7 business days. Also, when you call their office, no one ever answers and if they do they give you wrong information and sometimes tell you that you got the wrong number. They also never call you back. Unless you call their office to follow up, they won't do anything with your file. The authorization for me to go to a general surgeon just sat on their desk for over a month and a half until I called to follow up with the status of the approval. Save yourself the time and go to a different doctor. I know I am. read more

After I visited Dr Armine Nazaryan for the first time I was amazed how professional, compassionate and caring she was. From day one the experience I've had with this Doctor and her staff has always been positive. The front desk ladies are amazing, accommodating all patient needs in an extremely busy office. Yes, the office is quite busy, making appointments is a bit difficult, but it makes it worth waiting for. I highly recommend everyone to go to Dr Nazaryan. read more

Horrible service, the middle aged blonde at the front desk is rude, unprofessional, ignorant, and should consider a different profession. As I was sitting there waiting for 2 hours I witnessed her attitude and rude remarks to the patients. 99 percent of the patients were senior citizens and the line was almost out the door. If someone was to ask what's taking so long, she literally raised her voice at them. If the doctor wasn't a nice lady, I literally would have reported them to the medical board. This is ridiculous. read more

Dr.Nazaryan is by far the worst doctor we have ever had. My mom went to her office with a high fever and body ache. She waited 4 hours to be seen. Finally, when she was called in, Dr.Nazaryan told my mom that it's just a common cold and she needs to go home and have a ginger tea. My poor mom was very frustrated as to how it was possible to recognize a cold without even asking about her symptoms and checking her lungs, sinuses, throat, and ears. Unfortunately, people with language boundaries only rely on her and, on the other hand, she takes advantage of them.My mom waisted her prissiest time at her office while she could have gone stead straight to the ER. please if you value your time and health don't go there. read more

Worst doctor Ive ever met, worst stuff.people dont waste ur time with them.they dont know how to deal with clients.first time i took my 6 month old son and i waited 4 hour .the girl at front desk are awful. read more

This practice that Dr. Armine Nazaryan is running is absolutely terrible. I went in for the first time, she had never met me before, I requested to be referred to a gastroenterologist in order to get a colonoscopy, and automatically she presumed I had diverticulitis without seeing any cat-scans of my abdomen. She said that I didn't need a colonoscopy, why was I requesting it? Rude Rude rude. Her staff, and her are a perfect match. On top of all this an appointment to see her is scheduled a month in advance or if you walk in you have to wait the whole day for her to see you. Never again will I go to her. Stay away. Turns out I had an infection in my intestines and if I had not gone to the ER that night, god knows what would have happened. That's what waiting a month for your appointment and being dismissed by the doctor does. If something would have happened to me, it would have been on your hands Doctor. read more

Upon arriving at Dr. ARMINE NAZARYANS office I was greeted with a smile and pure professionalism. I never had the chance to sit down more than 15 minutes as the Dr. himself called me in right away! He is very personable and extremely attentive. I had many questions and he answered all of them patiently and with great knowledge. Thanks a lot to Dr.Nazaryan .Wish all doctors treat the patients the same way. read more

Worst doctor I've ever been a patient too. Careless, jumps to conclusions, doesn't hear your problems... stay away. I would def not recommend. read more

Armine Nazaryan is very nice and a fine doctor. The problem I have is with the front desk staff and anyone that answers the phones. Front desk staff is quite disorganized and referrals have been submitted wrong multiple times by them. When I call the office, I am immediately hung up on at least half of the time. It is little less than a decade that my sister Suzanna G. and I visit Dr. Armine Nazaryan for any and every health issues, and problems that we encounter. This is the doctor that I admired from my very first visit up until now more than any other doctor that I used to visit before. She is the one who literally helped me recognize my own body and removed my panics when going to doctors. And that is why I recommended my sister who has lots of severe health issues to choose Dr. Nazaryan as her primary doctor, and she never regretted doing it. Dr. Nazaryan is intelligent, professional with tremendous knowledge in medical field, in medical avenues, procedures, programs, demonstrating excellent work ethic and courteous manners and positive attitude. She always treats her patients with dignity and respect, compassion and fairness. For any issues that I visited Dr. Nazaryan, she handled it masterfully with great expertise. Our family impatiently watches her medical programs airing on the TV with great expectations. There is so much to learn from her, and I strongly believe she is a real asset for our community. Her wisdom, giving nature and warmth are delightful addition to the work environment, complementing to her office Manager, and office staff who are doing the best they can to help everybody with their needs, and make everybody feel comfortable, make the office stress and pressure free. Thank you Dr. Nazaryan, Dr. Chilingaryan, and office staff. Hence, without any hesitation I recommend everybody to go to Dr. Nazaryan for she always radiates confidence, peace, hope, and joy. I would start off by saying Dr. Nazaryan is a great doctor and really is a sweetheart but she really needs to get rid of everyone on that staff .When you call the office you get an appointment 8 months later which is a huge problem with someone like me who barely goes and if she decides to go to actually be seen. She really needs a sweet staff and younger who are quick on finding results and helping you out. I get my results way to late and my authorizations are sent to the worst doctors or doctors who I see 6 months after I had the pain. I would love to visit her more often about my pain but way too many older patients take up the room and it takes forever to get to see her :( I wish that would change I really think she can do much better. read more
