Ordered delivery. Said it would be an hour and half. Hour and half passes and still no food. Called the store and they said they'd mistakenly submitted it as a pick up, even though email confirmation indicated delivery. They said the food was ready but would be another 30-45 mins to get it out. (We live less than 10 mins away). Only consolation offered was a refund. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has occurred. Extremely poor management team. This will be their last opportunity to get our business. Plenty of far better pizza/wing options in Easley. The food was good, but whatever you do, don't forget the box full of pizza, run an errand and in 30 mins go back to get it. There was no one there eating but the girl threw my pizza away. The whole reason I ordered as much was so we could have left overs. The girl with a big smile just said we throw boxes away all the time that are left behind. Had pizza delivered. Was told it would be 20 minutes. It was over half an hour, but pizza was good. Ordered the mini canollis for a little something sweet afterward. $1.25 each is over priced for the size. Won't do that again. My family really likes Merrell's. It's a laid back atmosphere with plenty of seating inside. When the weathers nice, we always eat outside and bring our dog. Pizza and calzones are excellent and the beer is ice cold with a great selection. They have some great specials for lunch and dinner is reasonable as well. It's a neat location right in downtown Easley and you can catch a train go by from time to time. read more

We just fell into this place looking for the right spot to view the solar eclpise. We were soooo LUCKY. First off the young adults working there were absolutely great. Every one of them. So nice and into making the experience the best for every customer. The pizza was excellent. They use fresh ingredients (especially mushrooms). We ate here for dinner last night and the food and service were excellent! Good beers on tap and the pizza was very high quality. It was a little pricey, but I do think it far exceeds any pizza you'll get in Easley. Ambiance was decent but our only complaint was the constant stream of sappy, corny country music. We ate here last night and will NEVER go back. Terrible service and food was not good. Had to wait an hour for one person's food while the rest of us ate. Asked three times about it and no one seemed to care. The cashier kept my debit card in a binder until we finished our meal as if we had an open tab. We simply ordered wings and a slice of pizza and salad. Never understood her weird explanation for this but I was tempted to leave when I expressed my concern over her keeping it. Their wings and pizza are very, very good! We love the spicy BBQ and the garlic herb wings (very buttery). I do not care for their ranch- it has a lot of dill in it, but my boyfriend loves it. They offer lots of good deals, including the combos you can order for lunch or dinner. I ordered a calzone from here once...it had potential, but they put WAY too much ricotta in it for my taste. I would be willing to order it again though to see if I could get less ricotta. Employees are kind and attentive, but the wait is often longer than estimated on carry outs. I go to Merrell's quite often and get the same thing every time. I went there last night and they were packed! The waitresses were so very helpful and working to the best of their ability and they were trying to get food out as quickly as possible. I went to order and they were out of my favorite food item because of how busy they were. They helped me find another menu option that was just as amazing as my normal meal and it was so good! Best pizza we've had since we left Atlanta! The garlic butter is golden magic. Everything we've had is good. Favorites are garlic knots and bacon corn dip. Let me preface - we have only had delivery. Twice. The first time it was very timely - the pizza was decent, but not our favorite, better than Dominoes or Papa Johns. We got the mile high pizza and was seriously disappointed. Expensive but hardly anything on it. The large was a joke for sure. It probably cost them about 3 bucks to make this pizza but charge almost $24. Really? What a rip off. Chicken wings were dry and had little meat. not bad, but could be a whole lot better.. a lot of really young staff that I dont think are stressed quality or consistency. every time I've ordered pizza, there's huge bubbles in the crust when it comes out. wings come out barely cooked and slimy if you dont ask them to cook them extra. I ordered a calzone and it was mostly ricotta. tons of it, and not much toppings or mozzarella.. pretty sure you pay by the topping, so it's kinda disappointing to only have maybe 8 slices of pepperoni and 10 slices of olive in a whole calazone.. I wouldnt pass the place up if you're local, but be really specific with what you want and be prepared for it to still be wrong read more

I tried this place for the first time and was very disappointed. I ordered chicken parmigiana and my daughter ordered pizza. The sweet tea was "blinky" or soured, so they had to make fresh. Should probably check that every now and then since it was, and I quote "just made this morning " but, it was now after 3pm. Salad was made with SHREDDED iceberg lettuce. Mine was made with onions, which I specifically ordered without, so I had to ask for another one. The chicken parmigiana shouldn't be called chicken parmigiana. It was fettuccine noodles with a heavy alfredo sauce with maybe some tomato sauce. The TWO tiny chicken fingers tossed in it were over cooked, tough, and dry. I asked them to replace the chicken but the greasy chicken fingers they brought me were inedible. read more

2 Bros is closed on Sundays so I decided to give them a try for the first time, I had seen mixed reviews online and wanted to try for myself. On the scale, I would rate them better than the chains like Domino's, about equal to the Tony's ones, and worse than 2 Bros or Pizza and then Some locally ( I usually go with 2 Bros because of their ongoing deal for buy 1 pizza get 1 half off, but Pizza and Then Some has good pie as well). I ordered a large pie and garlic knots. Some of their pies can be a bit expensive so I just ordered cheese, and skipped the wings because of the price. They said 15 minutes and I got there 20 minutes later for pick up. I heard 2 coworkers discussing that they never made the garlic knots and then 1 walked up to me and told me it would be a few more minutes after I paid, like I couldn't just hear the entire conversation. I asked for a refund just for the garlic knots because I didn't have time to wait for them to make them entirely because I had somewhere to be, which the refund turned into an ordeal because they couldn't find the manager. After I got home, the pizza was decent but the crust is not crispy at all. I reheated in the convection and the crust was still soft no matter what I did. The cheese was good but the sauce tastes a little Ragu-like, not the usual spices I expect for pizza, more for spaghetti. I would probably just drive to Powdersville or Greenville next time I need pizza on a Sunday. read more
