Please Don't come here .. My appointment that was scheduled for 5:00 started around 5:45 and I was on time ... Then when I finally get in the chair I tell the lady that I wanted MEDIUM SIZED NAILS ... she cuts my nail too about a extra small nail ... she IGNORES me when I tell her I want them longer until she gets to the last nail and says there's nothing she could do ... I'm already mad about that but I stay in the chair because I have somewhere to be the next day ... Its sad that I'm paying so much money fore something I didn't even want .. Nails Are meant to last for 3 weeks ... This morning I look up and my two of my nails are gone ... I payed 55 dollars for nothing but a cheap crappy job .. I recently went there at a last minute, late night time, and they accepted and outdid themselves with my nails. Honestly, my favorite set to date. I showed them a reference photo and they nailed it. I've never got my nails done and not wanted to go back and get a new set because I don't want to take it off. They're just so nice. The ladies were all very friendly and they did a really good job shaping my nails. This place is brand new around the block for me. It's extremely clean inside and quite beautiful to be honest. The prices are what I expected (Over price -$30 for a full set????) Anyways, I went to get a regular manicure for the first time in forever lol. However, the lady kept on forcing me to get acrylic tips. I could not do to the job I currently work at won't allow it. I don't think she understood and continued asking me to call my mother to get money . Her not realizing how old I am and that I just have a baby face... ANYWAYS, overall she did a pretty great job! I didn't enjoy that her co-worker kept touching my ear because of my many piercings or my hair because of the style. To sum up everything I asked her to give me a color that match my ring (via picture). However, it doesn't look like it match‍ their lucky I like this color still. They have times or service listed online and on the door that they do not honor , two times I attempted to get my nails done here and I was turn away after getting there before there advertising business hours . My Gas and time being waisted.I'm lucky it's Sunday because I would have to pay a meter fee as well . The staff is rude the worker had the nerves to ask me why didn't I come early , as if I don't have a job and things to do . All while she is getting her pedicure done . Do that after closing hours not during business hours. Valuable time that can be used to service PAYING customers. I left the nail salon very disappointed and it was my 3rd and last time going. They are very clean and the pedicures are nice but the lady who did my nails cut me and was filing my skin instead of my nails... also she didn't know how to use the SNS supplies. I used to really like this nail salon but lately, they've just not been on their game. I made an appt for a pedicure. I arrived on time and they made me wait 30 minutes, because my manicurist was working on someone else! Even when she finished with the person before me, she was gallivanting, taking her time, laughing with her co-workers. I made an appt for a reason. And to completely disregard that is not okay. The owner also attempted to blame me by saying I was late. I offered to even prove that I wasn't late by showing my muni meter app with the time I arrived. When the manicurist finally started with me, she was rushing and didn't seem to be working efficiently. Not to mention, she or the owner were not apologetic. Overall, not happy with the quality of service and will not be returning! This should be a relaxing experience and it was far from that. read more

I've been here a few times so far and the verdict is: Give it a try! My normal nail salon (which is also in the area) has been having some staffing issues lately so I tried this place out to have as a back up. My first experience was a little more than "just okay" and my second experience was "just okay" lol. The first time I came I had a great nail tech do my pedicure. I can't remember her name now, I think it's Annie or Amy. She took her time and she actually knows how to shape nails square! The second time I came I had a less experienced nail tech and I had to guide her at a lot of moments which takes away from the relaxation aspect of the pedicure. She did check in with me to ask if things were okay but more often than not...the answer was no. She burned me with the hot water in the tub a couple of times (first soaking then rinsing off my feet). She also hurt me numerous times when cutting my cuticles, thank God I stopped her each time I felt pain so I didn't get any cuts. She is the main reason that this is not a 5 star review. Okay so nail techs aside this place is pretty clean and they have a wonderful selection of colors. The decor and ambience is relaxing. They seem attentive and eager to help when you come in which is a big plus. They are a little pricy BUT they also do a couple of things that stand out from other nail salons that I've been to: *Complimentary rub down with hot stones before they give the little massage with lotion (comes with basic pedi) *Complimentary hot paraffin wax on your heels in a little plastic while they apply your polish (comes with basic pedi) My only negative (which isn't really a negative, I think it's just business 101) is that they do constantly try to upsell. They have a variety of different spa pedicure packages and both times I came in they asked me a few times if I wanted to do it. The place was really busy that day but they need better ventilation the place smelled soo bad from nail polish and nail polish remover and all those other toxic smells. I've been comming here since they first opened and I am extremely happy with the work they do. Tiffany and her staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgable. They are always able to acheive the shape I want, whether its coffin, almond, and etc. Plus, they have so many colors and designs to choose from. The place is super clean and sanitary, all their supplies are disposable. (huge plus) They also offer spa pedicures, which are amazing, worth the few extra bucks. Been getting my nails done here for a few months now. Had a regular manicure, gel manicure, powder manicure, and wax pedicure. Nothing stellar and a bit pricey but they are within walking distance from me and have plenty of manicurists so I never wait more than 5 minutes. Appointments are offered but I always go as a walk in. Had tips installed 8 weeks ago and have had fill-ins two times so far. The regular manicure lasted 3 weeks and there was no loss of polish--I returned because of the nail growth. Same for gel and powder. They are attentive and professional. Very clean and roomy. Would give 5 stars if at least one nail design came standard with manicure. Also, during the last 2 visits a customer returned to complain about a recent manicure. They took care of the customer promptly but I've never seen that happen in any other salon. Not a deal breaker for me because clearly they are doing something right. read more

I went close to opening time, around 10:30 am and didn't have to wait. Sandy was my technician and did a lovely job on my nails. She was gentle and took her time and I couldn't be more satisfied. Visiting from out of town, you never know who to trust when it comes to nail care, I broke a nail at the airport but needed a true fix, not just some nail glue. Mei not only fixed my nail to the point where it is undetectable, but she also repaired three other nails that had stress cracks from struggling with luggage as well. There are so many nail places in my area so I settled on this on to try first. I went for a manicure and pedicure and judging by the prices for what I wanted it was to be $28. The woman who did my pedicure was very polite and made the experience good and did a great job. The woman who did my manicure wasn't as friendly but did a good job as well. Here is my issue the price went from $28 to $34 and no one could explain how. They charge $6 to buff your nails as oppose to putting the clear polish which I did not want. Never came across a nail salon that charged extra to buff. Also seems like this place just takes upon themselves to add little things to up charge for the experience. Due to having to pay extra for buffing I will probably go elsewhere moving forward read more

they do not honor appointments. i understand a long wait if you walk in, but when you make an appointment days in advance, there should not be an hour long wait. If you know you have people coming for an appointment, don't jam another manicure in 5 minutes before the appointment time. this is how you lose recurring clients, or at least this is how you've lost this one. read more

This nail salon is trash!!! I went in for a gel pedicure and acrylic fill with gel as well. My nails were shaped horribly I resulted in shaping my own nails. My nails cost $95 and were so poorly done they began to chip on the second day. The polish was applied so thick and because they don't know how to do nails they applied 5 coats of polish. I went in to fix it it and was told by the guy in there and the lady that did my nails that it's because I shaped it myself that my nail polish chipped. Like okay lol whatever that even means. It's very unfortunate because the place has potential and I understand their concept but the quality and service is not there. My actual pedicure experience was nice but my toe nails also chipped after going in to fix it the first time. My nails has chipped in different areas on all of my nails and it hasn't even been a full week. On my thumb my polish chipped and I can literally see that my my acrylic was poorly applied. I understand that this is strange times in the covid 19 world but I'm very dissatisfied with the treatment I was given at this salon. I went there because my daughter told me it was a good place. I was having a CNS powder gel. I had the first appointment on a Sunday morning. In the middle of having my nails done the manicurist was told the next customer was ready for her. She didn't finish my manicure and Tried to put me under the nail dryer. You don't go under the nail dryer with the cns powder. She was told that I had a pedicure appointment and sent me to the pedicure chair instead. She never finished the manicure. She was too eager for the next customer. Not even one week later my manicure on my nails are cracked and they are breaking off one at a time. These manicures usually last 3-4 weeks. Terrible customer service terrible manicure.
