As mentioned in some other reviews they are very rude and disrespectful to the customers. I had requested to work with Randy(based on other positive reviews Only for Randy), but this seemed to upset one of the female hairdressers. She was very rude from the start, telling me that because my child is a girl, only she would handle her haircut. When I politely asked if I could take a photo or video of my daughter, the hairdresser refused, which I understand, but her tone was harsh and unprofessional. I was also told that parents were not allowed near their children during the haircut, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I've never encountered such poor treatment as a customer, and I left feeling very disrespected. The salon also didn't feel like a kid-friendly environment, which was disappointing for a place catering to children's haircuts. I won't be returning, and I would caution others to think twice before visiting, especially with young children. This kind of unprofessionalism has no place in a service-based business.
