I couldn't take a clear picture of the dust still under my bed or the baseboards in the bathroom that were not even wiped off. Nasty attitudes and barely spoke to me when they came in. Today, I would give them minus stars if I could. This was how things ended. The text: "We will not be moving forward with Fiv5 Star Cleaning. This is the third offense. 1. You extended an offer for a referral discount. I referred someone, you got paid, and then backed out of the discount. That was the last referral I gave you. 2. In the middle of a prepaid contract, you attempted to raise my prices by $10 per month. I did not appreciate this dishonest practice. When confronted, you defended this position, but agreed to "wave" this increase... "This time." 3. We discussed our next six month contract, Where I agreed that a $10 increase was not unreasonable. Less than a month later, when I went to renew, you attempted to raise the price another five dollars. So let me ask you, would you do business with a company that does this? The services are a gift to my wife. Your standards have decreased. My wife has noticed. Things have been missed. Increasing prices, decreasing standards, and deceptive business practices. This not anger. This is disappointment. We will not be renewing. Respectfully, and regretfully, I will be updating all reviews to reflect current circumstances. Do better. Be better. Integrity Matters...ALWAYS!" They agreed to meet me at my home, to resolve the matter, but an hour before the meeting, 2 girls that spoke no English, showed up at my door, unannounced, without an appointment or a contract. I tried calling them, the manager I spoke with was rude and disrespectful, and suggested I find another cleaning company. This is one thing we agreed on. I do not trust these people. Once trust is lost, the rest is irrelevant.

They are really flexible to work with on what day and time you need, and the day before each cleaning, I also get a reminder text. After the first cleaning, I came home and there was a checklist on the counter informing me of everything they've done. There was also a cute gift basket on the counter filled with mini cleaning supplies thanking me for becoming a customer. How thoughtful! I didn't even need the checklist, however, as all I needed to do was walk through the house to see how awesome it looked. And side note, on the weeks they don't come, I have still yet to figure out how they can get the stove looking so much cleaner than I can... but I suppose that's why I hired people like them. Really appreciate the customer service on top of the great rate. I was hesitant to bring in a service every so often as I am one of those 'why pay someone when you can do it yourself' type people but it has freed up much of my time and helped solve the bickering between the boy and myself about the cleaning.
