I've been here a few times- this last time for dad's 75th bday celebration- per usual the servuce was fantastic- & food was wonderful too! I highly recommend the "Beast Burger" on a gluten free bun- & I've also enjoyed their steak salad in the past. And their onion rings & tater tots r yummy too (though incidental gluten exposure in those of course.) while here today there was a groomsmen party, several misc couples & our special needs table... all handled by the local staff with genuine patience & care. Complimentary ice cream for my dad's bday too. Highly recommend for a good local place- whether staying at the hotel or not. Note the bathrooms are located in the front lobby.

$18 I would hope for more fries.

Terrible waiter, he took an hour to take our order. Then didn't put it in to the kitchen for another 30 min. We were there for 2.5 hrs and only able to get 2 drinks. I ordered the fish and chips for $18 I would hope to get more than 12 fries.

I was staying at the Red Lion and didn't have a car so ate 3 meals here. First I ate in the bar and had the baked crab and swiss melt cheese. The taste was good. The sweet potato fries were especially good. The second meal was dinner in the restaurant area and I had the Alaskan cod that had a parmesan and herb crust and came with mushroom risotto. With the dinner you had a choice of the salad bar or soup. I had the salad bar and there was a nice selection of options including beets, cheese, cole slaw, lettuce, carrots, baby corn, and more. I enjoyed the salad. The fish was a bit overcooked but taste was ok. The last night I had the grilled cheese sandwich that was supposed to come with tomato soup and a choice of fries or soup. It did not come with soup and I was charged extra for the fries. The grilled cheese though was delicious-came with bacon and two kinds of cheese. I'd order that again. With all meals it took longer than expected to get my food. In the last two visits, the waitress was pleasant but just brought the check when I was finishing my meal and didn't ask if I wanted any dessert or another drink. The restaurant only had a few guests so no reason to rush me out of there. I ate there for convenience and overall it was decent.

The summertime ales were delicious. The chicken Caesar wrap was very good. Very nice atmosphere with good service.

This cafe is my second home. I started coming here almost a year ago and I'm here now almost every…read moresingle day. They are open Tuesday-Sunday. I'm not normally here at nights, but I think they're open until 5 Tuesday and Wednesday and then 9 the rest of the days. There are so many good things to say about this place, I'll try to keep it short (no promises): Having been coming here daily for a year, I've had the pleasure of watching the place and the staff grow. They had a couple of things going on when I first started coming here, but they've really branched out. Trivia on Fridays, WSU football games are live streamed. Open mic on Saturday nights, there's usually live music on Saturday mornings. Bingo on Thursdays just started. The owner supports local everything, including artists, authors, and musicians. There's a whole shelf full of board games and crafting supplies as soon as you walk through the door, so there have been multiple times I've been here with my kids playing board games and I've seen others do the same. The best part: Pet friendly. Beyond pet friendly. They sell puppy birthday cakes, kongs, pup cups, and quite few other dog related treats. There are multiple dogs that just hang out in the front with their owners, but there is a nice area in the back complete with booths and a barrier to allow friendly dogs to be off leash. Coffee and human food are amazing. Staff is lovely, supportive, and just overall amazing. This will forever be my home coffee shop as long as I'm in Pullman.

The coffee was great. Staff were friendly. I didn't get any food, but it looked good!…read more And what a pleasant surprise to be visiting Pullman and find a cafe that allows dogs! It was a very useful training session for my Aussie. She got lots of pets from the other patrons, and good exposure. Nobody seemed to mind her occasional whine or bark. Will definitely be going back if I'm in town!
