Doug was super friendly and accommodating as we changed the dates because of anticipated bad weather on the originally planned date. Doug and two of his team showed up promptly with shipping blankets, plastic wrap and other helpful moving supplies. I had not anticipated them providing extra supplies. I just expected simple loading out from her basement room of what we'd prepped and boxed up. Mom did not have much to load out so we anticipated them being done with her items much earlier than the minimum time for hire. So we had figured out items around the house that we needed help moving as well. They were very happy to help with anything we needed moved. They were all very prompt and super friendly and a pleasure to work with. Very worth the expense of hiring them.
