There was another employee next to her on the guest service side. She didn't say anything, either. I was never acknowledged. My friend had just finished paying for her things and walked over. I whispered to her that I'd been waiting a while. She did the "Excuse me, we're here to pick up?" and the girl finally said, "I'll be right with you." Smh. It's whatever. I got my things, but that's not the best customer service I've had. I still wonder how much longer I would have waited had my friend kept quiet.
