The store has a fun, stylish vibe and is a great place to browse if you're looking for something a little different from the typical big-box stores. Overall, a nice little shop to check out while walking around Claremont. Definitely worth stopping in and seeing what they have!

Honestly, I'm extremely disappointed with DeeLux. I brought in high-end, quality clothing,…read moreincluding pieces that were brand new with tags still attached, only for them to reject my items. Meanwhile, walking around the store, I noticed racks full of outdated, overly distressed, worn-looking clothing that somehow meets their standards. It's honestly laughable how inconsistent their buying process seems to be. How are brand-new, higher-end pieces not good enough, yet clothes that look like they've been through years of wear are perfectly acceptable? Their selection makes absolutely no sense to me. I understand that resale stores have their own aesthetic, but there's a difference between having a curated vintage style and seemingly rejecting quality merchandise in favor of overpriced junk. The experience felt like a complete waste of my time, especially considering the condition and brands of the items I brought in. If you have high-end clothing or brand-new pieces with tags, I would seriously reconsider bringing them here. You're better off selling your clothes yourself than wasting your time with such a questionable and inconsistent buying process. Definitely won't be returning.

We were insulted, then continued on our walk. About a week later two security/management staff approached us and told us that we were banned from Montclair Place for a year, due to the communication. There was no follow-up, phone call or written letter, even after it was asked for. By the way, we never made a complaint about the situation to the management office because we thought it would be petty and I'm only writing this review because I received an email from Yelp asking if I would review the Montclair Plaza. !!!!
