I was disappointed and upset with my first experience. Arman contacted me and offered a full refund. I was taken back. No excuses he just said "I'm going to take care of you, don't worry. I'll give you full refund." No excuses, no sales tactics, just a call saying he's going to take care of me. Just wow. I ended up loosing the pants to the suit. Because how he handled all this, I was going to just go purchase another pants. But he ended up giving me a full refund anyway and told me to keep the top because I can still make an awesome wardrobe with it by pairing with different color bottom. He was right. Scrubs are truly the best invention ever! The name speaks for itself! It really is a best buy here! I called countless of places to see if they had a small or xsmall size in all black. Majority of the stores did not have that in stock at the moment (they either did not have in all black, or they did have black but with colors hemmed on that I did not want). It really was a blessing in disguise because I was led to Best Buy Uniforms! I called ahead just to make sure this place had what I wanted, and she remembered me as soon as I walked in! I paid $17 for the top and bottom, total came out to be $36.03 for Dickies in all black! Thankfully, I was able to mix and match the top and bottom. The owner is the sweetest, and she was super patient with me. She also mentioned that she can hem the bottom if the pants are too long. I kind of regret going to another location after this place because [1] the material wasn't as good, [2] the scrubs were too big on me (even though it was an xsmall), [3] it was a few dollars pricier, [4] they did not have an "asian fit" option where it hugs your body and is flattering on your body as does this place. I would definitely come back to this exact location if given the chance!!

I was able to get a reasonably priced suit which was tailored and fits great. When I picked up my suit, I liked it so much that I purchased an additional suit and dress shirt. I went during my lunch and luckily got there when no one else was there. Within 10 minutes had 2 suits, 3 pants, and 2 ties. Ann did a great job finding my sizes and tailoring my pants while I waited for like 15 minutes. Only one person working with a steady flow of customers coming in for new suits, weddings, and pickups. 5 stars for great customer service, solid prices, and quick tailoring. What I found at King Fashion was great inventory, along with service and value well beyond my hopes. I had researched and been to a number of stores and found none to come close in service and value. I was helped primarily by Monsef, his daughter, and also Denise. All three demonstrated amazing kindness and friendliness throughout the process. Monsef offered very sound advice about how to approach what I needed, without boxing me in to having to buy everything (or even anything) I needed from this store. He went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted with minimal delay when it turned out it wasn't in store. Alterations were done well and quickly. I love the tuxedo I wound up with, and I dare say it was one of the best ones at the event; it has some very unique details and high quality. The price was easily worth the extra stretch over renting, and was an incredible value. And of note, it wasn't just me getting great treatment. Every time someone stepped in the store, I saw that they were greeted with warmth and care. And every time I stepped into the store, they were busy, handling 2-3 customers each, keeping up conversations and consultations with each, and speed-walking around. It's the kind of mental and physical energy that really wears you down in customer service, yet they never missed a beat. they remained warm and kind and caring with everyone.
