For the volume of their operation, that shows how much they appreciate their customers. Every technician I have had the pleasure of working with there has gone our of their way to make my experience enjoyable. Prices are very reasonable, and the techs are skilled at what they do. The facility is clean, well-lit, and the quality of their work is consistently good. If you have the time and want to pamper yourself, I recommend the deluxe pedicure. They do take credit cards, but tips must be in cash, so remember to bring your tip money with you. Instead of using proper acetone to soak them off as requested, the technician forcefully pried and ripped the acrylics off my natural fingernails mechanically. Prying off acrylic extensions is an incredibly unsafe and negligent technique. It completely tore away the protective upper keratin layers of my natural nail plates, leaving me with painful nail matrix trauma, severe surface peeling, and deeply thinned, damaged nails. A salon should never prioritize speed over a client's physical safety. If you care about the health of your natural nails, avoid this place. MIND YOU THIS WAS LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AGO BRAND NEW SET

I was told my wait would be 20 mins but it was less than 10. Very happy about that ! My pedicure was your typical pedicure but the woman that did my pedicure did an awesome job . She was very attentive and thorough with her work. The staff was also very friendly and you can tell they know their customers. They were very interactive and talkative with their customers . I did not like that they were talking to customers about other customers. I found this unprofessional especially to be in front of me being a first time customer . However they were so talkative I don't even think they realized what they were doing with me in the room. I also did not feel like I was "welcomed" they were very nice but not overly. If your not HUGE on customer service like I am than you probably wouldn't even notice or be bothered by any of this . I am still checking out nail salons as I am just now living in the area so I am not 100% set on my nail shop but I would def go back here in the future .

Appointments necessary!!…read more This was my first time here and came bawd off a recommendation and I was not disappointed. Went in for a regular pedicure made the appointment two days in advance. When I walked in it had a clean and friendly atmosphere. We were instructed by the receptionist to go to the back and wash our hands then come back to the front to choose a color. We were then sat at our pedicure chairs and the water was filled and massagers turned on. Both ladies did amazing jobs overall, special mention to the awesome massage/beat up session (I say that in a good way) and toe cracking. My pedicurist did a god job painting my toes the way I wanted them too and verified I was getting what I wanted before doing my second foot. They use liners in their pedicure tubs and keep a clean place, I even saw some scrubbing bubbles! They have plastic shields/sneeze guards between the staff member and customer in every station for covid safety. Overall I highly recommend.

Any way, I asked for acrylic tips and a pedicure with gel polish. They rushed the entire time and gave me the most disgusting set of nails I've ever seen. Than they charged me $70 dollars even though I told them I felt rushed and they did a terrible job. As soon as the man who calls himself "Tom" swiped my debit card, he told me to get out. Also, the always important question of sanitation: it's clearly sanitary here. I had no questions.
