My daughter had a medical issue that was causing her to often have little control over her bladder at times. I thought her carpet was shot. Idk how many different shampoos I tried to get the smell out but nothing worked. I didn't like the idea of paying to have the carpet cleaned because I'm a cheapo. But upon talking to Mr Mendoza he quoted me a price for 2 rooms that was less than what I had paid in cleaning supplies in the last year so I gave it a shot. When he arrived he was honestly one of the nicest and professional people I have ever dealt with. He explained to me what he was going to do to get the smell out of the carpet and was very nice to my kids. I really wish I would have taken before and after pictures but I did not but they wouldn't have done justice because they could not convey the difference in smell when he was done. Absolutely a 180. 10/10 would recommend you use Miguel's services for cleaning your carpets! When trying to close on a house, the carpets were called to be replaced or cleaned before closing because they were incredibly dirty (see pictures). I was referred to Miguel from my handyman to try and clean up the appearance of the carpets before the second inspection. He was able to work *MIRACLES* on this carpet and it looked phenomenal compared to how it originally looked. In the pictures, you can see it was almost black and he was able to revive it and clean up the appearance. If he can clean this carpet, he can do anything! I had such a great experience with Miguel! He cleaned the carpets in my home, and I'm honestly amazed at how fresh and spotless everything looks now. There were a few stubborn stains I thought would never come out, but somehow he managed to make the carpet look brand new. 05/26/2018 I called Miguel at 0859 this morning and asked him if he was available, he had a job earlier that morning but was able to come out in about a hour and a half. Totally awesome! He explained everything he was going to do and was very professional. He gave me some tips on pet accidents and general maintenance on carpet. I can now take care of some errands while carpet is drying. I can highly recommend his services, I know he won't let you down. No harsh chemicals, all ecological solutions. Carpet looks great now. I had some very badly stained carpets with pet stains too. However Miguel did an AMAZING job. He is very nice and professional, he even went to show me stains that I couldn't see with an awesome light tool. Miguel did an awesome job on our carpets. My granddaughter poured a whole bottle of lotion on the carpet, we called Miguel and he was here within 20 minutes. He treated and explained the process and returned the next day and cleaned the room with the lotion and also did our hallway and our living room.
