Arrived on time, did excellent work and cleaned up each day before they left. And the work? Wow! Amazing. Walter is such a cooperative and humble person. Always checked with us to make sure our needs were being met and was always willing to do the little extras to make sure we were happy with the work. When my wife and I decided to construct a 700 square foot Master Retreat addition to our house, and a remodel of an additional 2 1/2 bathrooms, it was a no brainer who we would call. Again, the team was fantastic and the work was impeccable. Walter is a shining star with a great sense of humor. My only regret is that I can't find more work for him to do on the house. During the long 6 month project, I got to know Walter quite well. I know I am going to miss him. What truly sets Omar apart is his consistent presence on the job. Having worked with several general contractors before, we were too familiar with the frustration of crews that show up sporadically. Our home is over 70 years old, with plenty of unexpected surprises behind the walls -- but Omar handled each one with care, always ensuring the finished result was polished and visually appealing. He kept a clean worksite throughout and never considered a task done until it met our standards. Beyond the quality of his work, Omar is genuinely humble and deeply dedicated. His team is equally impressive -- knowledgeable about local codes, clear on timelines, professional in every interaction, and easy to communicate with. We feel fortunate to have had Omar and his team work on our home, and we would wholeheartedly recommend OVA Construction to anyone planning a renovation!

Alexander Zaytsev is a thief!!!!! He stole $7000 from me…read more He took $ for materials, promissed work to be done in a month or 2, then disappeared for a year=no work done. When I finally got hold of him, he admitted that he spent my $ 1000 for materials, and next day told me he will not return it. I hired him before. He did a good job, showed me his good side (a mask, beneath which is a very, very, very bad person who bites the hand that feeds him). Then, after he developed my trust, he asked for $6000 for 1 year to pay off high interest credit card debt. I gave it to him but a year later when I asked for $ back he started giving me excuses, made me wait till he sells his car, then, asked for 2-3 more month, then 2-3 more. I still thought he could be trusted and treated him as a friend. I gave him construction work to work for this $ and I gave him $1000 more for materials. He promised work to be done in a month or 2. But, 1 year later - no work, no $ and he did not answer the phone and did not return phone calls for over 6 months. I finally reached him through contacting his wife, asked her to help me get hold of him and explained situation to her. Alexander then called me, told me, that he wanted to return but will not return me my $ because I am contacting his wife, I am a threat to his family. He said: "I'm not going to return anything to you out of principle!." This is his formula/his way to justify his low/thief/ratlike behavior. I want to warn all good people not to fall into his trap like I did. Summary: He did work for me cheap 1 st. 2 nd I gave him more work but it was very expensive but good. After he developed my trust he stole my $ by using deceit and manipulation and showed his real -antisocial personality disorder face. Not only did he steal $7000, He also refused to return keys from my 2 houses and garage remote control (I gave him keys a year ago when I gave him jobs and $1000 for materials).
