His rates were unbelievably reasonable, especially for our five-course seafood dinner, complete with freshly-made mojitos and margaritas. Every ingredient was freshly purchased that morning, and sliced, diced and prepared before our eyes. Each course tasted even better than the last, and was by far the best seafood we had during our two-week stay on Isla Mujeres. Our guests remarked they could have easily filled up on just the irresistible appetizers. Even our two vegan guests raved over their individual avocado salads. The wait staff Josafat brought with him were attentive and upbeat and set all of our guests at ease. Josafat was prompt in all communication, offered to meet with us the day before the wedding to go over all details and even provided chairs, tables and linens for a small fee.
