I've been going to Menchie's for a while now and the frozen yogurt is delicious! When I went today, I got the cake batter frozen yogurt with strawberries, pineapples, cheesecake crumbs, and whipped cream as toppings. They have many flavors and toppings to choose from including syrups and dry toppings. The inside area is always clean. They also have a few low and high tables for you to sit and enjoy your frozen yogurt. This place is perfect for kids and families. The staff is always nice. Sometimes they run out of flavors but this doesn't happen often. Overall, one of my favorite places to go for a sweet treat. read more

This is the most ungodly disgusting ice cream I've ever eaten a day in my life OK the chocolate ice cream taste like coffee the marshmallow ice cream taste like nothing. The birthday cake would taste like fucking rottencandles. The strawberries were rotten. The Nutella would not come out and it's super dirty at the top. OK disgusting they don't clean it then you got cookies that taste rotten and expired. The brownies taste expired and it was overpriced for no fucking reason there was to shut this business down like Drake said you shut it down girl read more

This was the best place in the world. The owner was so nice and the frozen yogurt was the best I've ever had. read more

This place is super dirty and stinks. Floors are gross and dirty. Bathrooms are super gross. It does not look like they care at all that's forsure. Health department needs to come in here. Never taking my daughter here again. They automatically try to do a tip too lol. read more

Saw Owner / Manager actually " recycling toppings " spilled on the counter top by picking up large pieces individually with his bare fingers and putting them in a little clear dish which he handed to another employee that "promptly stashed them behind the cash register counter " then proceeded to brush small crumbs with a brush and wipe down counter ! What ?? Whatever the $ he thinks he is saving , this is an absolute flicking gross appalling practice that may be acceptable in India , but Clear Oakland County Health Department Violation here ! Saturday eve 5/17/ 25 around 8:15-8:30 and both attendants / employees / or Owners we obviously in in this ...We were getting a sick feeling wondering how many people and employees personally touched individual recycled pieces of our yogurt toppings . I will never visit a Menchies again & public health advisory is in order in Novi. read more

I don't recommend going to this location. They must have changed ownership because this store used to be clean. Now it's disgusting. They don't care about cleanliness at all. They new employees don't do anything but sit in the back. read more

Best find ever!!! You get complete freedom in choosing your frozen yogurt flavors and portion sizes as well as the variety of toppings ranging from the syrups to candy to fruit. It was like a boba store but better! I definitely enjoy the pomegranate frozen yogurt and chocolate strawberries best. They weigh the cup after to determine price! read more

Menchie's - Froyo with toppings - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Novi, Michigan

WHY does Menchies' website mention incredible froyo (like Dark Chocolate Mousse made with Almond Milk, Cookie Sandwich made with Almond Butter, Chocolate Hazelnut made with Cashew Milk, and Mint Chocolate Chip made with Almond Butter and Mixed Berry made with Oat Milk) but fail to have these in a store?! After visiting the Haggerty road location that had no vegan flavors, I called this location. My options: pineapple and pomegranate in machine or I could buy a container of vanilla. First - what toppings are going to taste good on already super sweet fruit froyo? Second - why am I going to buy a container of vanilla when I want to make my treat there? I will call again in the future to see if they offer a vegan flavor that I can have in-house and add my own toppings. But for now, Milkster has our business! read more

Fantastic wonderful job to the two guys that work there. Let us in at 10 which is when they close and they were so super nice. Best experience i've ever had at a menchies!! read more

Self-serve and by the weight. There are various flavors of yogurt and toppings for you to choose from. You get a big bowl and fill it however you like. I was surprised some of the toppings didn't have a cover. The yogurt was ok. The employees working were nice. The one guy working asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I asked why when I did all of the work? read more

So kind! Very good froyo. I like the dairy free birthday cake flavor!! I also like that they have options for non dairy folks.

If i could zero stars i would this establishment closed 30 minutes before the time they were supposed i am deeply angered because me and my family were trying to bond and get ice cream but they closed early so now my family hates me read more

Closed the door as soon as we were walking up even though it was 45 minutes before they were supposed to close. Lame.

i'm curious. drove 25 minutes for it to be closed even though it says open online. i want my gas money back.

Overall the kids were happy but the inside was pretty dirty. High chairs were unusable because they were so gross. Most tables were covered in sticky and grime. I guess I understand...this place appears to be run by high school kids but come on, teach them to wipe things down when times are slow. I worked the restaurant industry for years and one thing I learned was if the front of the house is dirty, it's even worse in the back...and that concerns me. read more

Amazing service- we got there just moments after close and they let us in for my moms birthday treat! The nicest and most accommodating owners! The place was super clean and everything was well stocked. read more

I don't normally leave reviews but every time we have visited this location it has been super dirty. Dust and garbage, extremely sticky floors, watered down ice cream. We asked for sampler cups to try a flavor we weren't sure about and frankly because we also wanted to try it before giving it to our young kids and the girl said she would go ask the owner because there were no cups up front by her. She comes back a min later with the owner behind her and says they don't have anymore cups. Then the owner proceeded to whisper to her which was obvious she was lecturing her on not giving out samplers. It was evident that this was a new employee who didn't know. Another family while we were in there were also complaining about quality and how dirty everything was. Very disappointing. Will not be back. read more

Why did I just go out my way to come when you guys when you don't post your closed or update your hours.

This place is so cool! I come here with my family and we all enjoy the flavor choices. And if you love toppings this place is your answer, so many choices from oreos to cream cheese icing yum! read more

Tried to visit on 8/1/2021 at 3pm and there was a sign up saying they were closed until Monday. Nothing online saying this. It was a huge bummer as I had to do some convincing for us to agree on this instead of dairy queen...and then its closed anyways. Guess where we went...dairy queen. Could have saved all the headache. I'll make sure not to mention this place again when I'm visiting family in Novi. read more

Always used to go here, loved the environment and all. but I don't like when one changes the prices one too many times. first it's 10:35 then apparently he counted 9,12,13 no I gave you 11$ and u said it was 10:35 and then goes to say after taxes its 11:35. it should never be this difficult just to come in and weigh a little thing of yogurt and read your computer! read more

Good frozen yogurt with decent selection of toppings. Average prices compared to other yogurt places. Paid about $15 for two people.

Still my fav frozen yogurt place! They're great. Yummy yogurt, friendly employees and it's super clean!

Menchie's offers a rotating selection of great frozen yogurt flavors, and great toppings ranging from a variety of candies, fresh fruits, and syrups. You select your own yogurt flavors and toppings and are billed based on the weight. Frozen yogurt options often include no sugar added, nonfat, lowfat, or low carb options. Menchie's is also till 11 PM during the week, and until midnight on Friday and Saturday. The Novi staff has always been friendly - greeting you on entrance with a smile. In addition Menchie's also offers a frequent customer program called My Smileage which rewards customers with credit for future purchases - 1 point for each dollar spent - with a $5 credit rewarded for 50 points. Menchie's has many locations locally and nationwide - so you can use the program at the various locations. read more

I'm not overly Covid paranoid but I must say this was my first encounter with a food business that I was uncomfortable. The toppings are all out exposed and everyone uses the same spoon to scoop them. I went home after feeling a bit nervous and wish they could come up with something more sanitary in this era. Maybe have everyone wear disposable gloves when scooping. Or have an employee scoop for you? Something needs to be adjusted here. This is the one in Novi. Maybe others are handling it differently. I hope so! read more

My boyfriend and I love Menchies! We had a phase where we'd come here for a treat at least once a week. The froyo is usually very tasty and the topping selection is perfect (they have mochis!!) They let you sample everything which is awesome, even though sometimes I got full off the samples before I even got my froyo! read more

We frequent many different menchies, and this one is our favorite!! The franchise owner truly cares about his customers! Even recognizes us and went out of his way to give our daughter a balloon! All the machines are always working and the toppings are fresh. Keep up the great work-it's so wonderful to see an owner who cares!! read more

3.5 stars. The place looks nice, the staff were friendly, and the yogurt was fairly tasty. I usually judge a froyo place based on the tart flavor and Menchies is pretty good. Same with their pistachio. Comparing it to places on the west coast like Yogurtland, Menchies is a lot more expensive (~51 cents vs 37 cents /oz) and missing some key toppings like mochi. That being said, I'm guessing there just aren't that many people who put mochi on frozen yogurt out here. Bottom line, when looking for a frozen yogurt fix around the area, it'll do. read more

If you have ever wanted a build your own yogurt bar. Boom here it is. Tons of flavors to mix. plus over a dozen toppings from healthy fruit to downright dark chocolate chip, brownies, and syrup toppings to completely finish you off. Here is what I recommend make note I am a chocoholic caramel yogurt and chocolate yogurt, brownie bites, cheese cake bites, mini dark chocolate chips and fudge and a must have is a purple spoon I think it's a cow or a bear. Keep the spoon ur kids will love it or someone's kids. Or u can keep it all for yourself. read more

Bella is a fantastic employee!!! Polite and so friendly. Thanks for taking care in helping my niece and I today.

Typical frozen yogurt place that have been popping up all around town. The staff, which consists of mostly high schoolers seem friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable. The one thing that make this location stand out more the. The other ones in Novi is that it is extremely clean. Everywhere you look it is clean, even under the dispensers. read more

Love this place. The yogurt was delicious and they had ample flavors. Rating two stars because as we were almost finished the owner (man) was in the back room and no joke started to smoke. It basically filled the eating area. I had my baby and 2.5 year old with me. We will not be returning. read more

We love going here, but lately the choices have been subpar. One yogurt dispenser has been broken for at least 2 weeks, the flavors are uninteresting, and the mixed selections are strange. Also, their website information is really out of date, so we don't what what they have until we get there. Very friendly and usually clean. read more

Menchies in Castle Hills, Lewisville,TX has horrible customer service and closes whenever they want regardless the time posted on the door. Don't go if you want ice cream at night read more

Literally the BEST frozen yogurt joint of all time. They have a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. Build your own style. I have tried many other frozen yogurt places and this one tops them all by far. They are simply the best! read more

To be very honest was not a fan of this place. I did have high expectations from word of mouth so maybe I was expecting a lot more but the yogurt flavors just all fell very flat for me. I was not impressed by the 4 flavors I tried so i did not bother even getting any. I was sad but I don't waste calories on tasteless treats. It is a cute place inside and the employees are very nice but not my cup tea when it comes to what they are all about. I recommend Orange Leaf for some real good frozen yogurt. read more

Holy crap... TOPPINGS GALORE! This is a standard self serve froyo place with a good variety. I like the signs that show you the details of each- kosher, vegan, and the calories per serving. They had more plain flavors like vanilla and strawberry, and more complex cinnamon churro and caramel cookie. The seating area is smaller but we went late at night so no issues. I could see it getting packed on busy nights. read more

Atmosphere: stark, I don't think they want u staying long. Service: She seemed nice enough, greeting & brief discussion on process. Fro Yo: Great fro yo selection (maybe 8) and fro yo tasted good. Lots of toppings, but most are fattening big time with few fruit choices. I think there might have been pineapple, but it was long gone with a few tiny remnants left (~630pm) Don't take the choc covered strawberry...YUK. The strawberry is good, but the chocolate is worse than a low grade chocolate from CVS. Value: Expensive. They should partner w another store of some type to get rent down and then costs!!! I think I had about 8 teaspoons & a small choc strawberry for $4.5. Id like to have 3/4C for that price with a few regular strawberries. read more
