4/26/25 New owners are not keeping this location in good shape like the old owners. Sad! The windows, tables (inside and outside) and chairs are all filthy. Splotches of yogurt under almost every dispenser. All the serving utensils are sticky and the toppings were cross contaminated. There were 3 employees working and not one of them cleaned anything the whole time we were there...and there were no other customers there! We love Menchie's so much so this was really disappointing. Menchie's is so much better than the Sweet Frog in Williamsburg (we stopped going there last year because the older lady who's probably the owner was very rude). Now we only go to Menchie's even though they charge more per ounce. It gets expensive. We paid over $18 for 2 froyos (1 was only 1/3 filled and the other cup was full). Tonight we had a perfectly wonderful Covid friendly Sweet 16 party outdoors with frozen yogurt. They had plenty of space outside and a heater for anyone who was chilly. It was a last minute plan and they couldn't have been anymore accommodating. They have the best customer service and wonderful treats. I would recommend this place to anyone. Philip, the owner, was so wonderful from the moment we stepped into his establishment. He walked us through all of the safety measures in place due to COVID-19 & showed some of the best customer I've ever experienced. There was a great selection of flavors & toppings including non-dairy & vegan options. Philip was friendly, courteous, & very attentive. My mom was talking to me about how the peanuts tasted a little weird & he came over with fresh peanuts from a newly opened bag. My friend's 8yo daughter was upset because her mom threw away the collectible spoon & Philip noticed and came out to our car to give her another spoon. He also gave us Menchie's stickers. If I could, I would rate this establishment a 4.5. This was our first visit and we weren't disappointed. The cashier was so helpful and attentive although she didn't offer much when we asked about the flavors and best sellers. Hence the reason we didn't rate it a 5. We served ourselves so got what we paid for . My Husband mixed nilla wafers with toasted almond he added cool whip & rainbow sprinkles to complete his craving for the evening. He was fully satisfied and happy. I on the other hand had a waffle cup and layered nilla wafers with marshmallow and topped off my craving with crushed heathbar. Unfortunately, I did not care much for the nilla wafer flavor after a few bites but was super happy I chose the marshmallow and heathbar. Forgot to take a pic to share with my review. read more

A very solid dessert option for any number of people. There are limited options available for certain dietary restrictions, including gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free. The flavors consistently rotate, except for the basic classics: original tart, chocolate, vanilla, etc. They have a nice spread of toppings, although potential cross-contamination with allergens is definitely a risk with peanuts and tree nuts. The ability to sample flavors without hassle is also pretty great. You pay by the weight of your self-served yogurt, so beware eyes bigger than stomachs. The price per ounce is comparable to similar yogurt places nearby, but it's still a little pricey. In terms of pure yogurt quality, I think it's nicely creamy and can be very rich, depending on the flavor. Texture is the high point here. They have indoor and outdoor seating and never seem to be overly crowded. That might be why this location temporarily closed and reopened under new ownership. I appreciate the space, though- having a relaxed feel despite being kid-friendly is great. read more

Amazing per usual and I appreciate the COVID precautions they are taking. They have a sanitizer and deli paper to use right by the cup set up to encourage cleanliness. Ordered my daughter's birthday cake - per rave reviews from a previous friends birthday. They were very attentive to detail and the cake came out beautiful ! We did pineapple & watermelon sorbet with white cake & marshmallow cream center. Everyone loved it !
