If it was a tool possible to give a zero star rating for this business, I would, so please do not…read morethink one star is an actual reflection of any service rendered. The person working on appointments needs to check her attitude and get some customer service training. This was the most horrible experience I've had with any medical facility in the entire United States. Out the gate the lady who was making the appointment with me had a really abrupt and unsavory attitude. I didn't pay much STEED. I received several texts with appointment reminders and the address that was in the text was for 7400 US Highway 74. Come the day of my appointment, I left in plenty of time only to discover that there is two 7400 Highway 64. No paperwork was ever sent to me confirming the address. All I had was a text. I arrived at a urgent care center and when I rang up again, I had the same receptionist who said I was at the wrong location which I already knew, she gave me a ZIP Code to allegedly would bring me to the correct location of the clinic. That ZIP Code took me to a business that was in industrial area. When I rang her up again, the same receptionist had an attitude and was all up in her feelings about me being upset. At this point I had been driving 1 1/2 hours and use a quarter of a tank of gas to not even get to the appointment. The practice manager had a similar negative attitude and was more concerned that I might have been a brat to her rude and disrespectful employee. I highly recommend if you want a professional medical facility look elsewhere. I never even saw the doctor. I'm sure that he may or may not be competent, but certainly his back office staff leave a lot to be desired.

My biggest issue in the past was the parking. They were located in the doctors building at St Francis in Bartlett. Now they have a fantastic new facility across the street from the hospital. The office is very nice, the waiting room is huge wit comfy seating and there is plenty of parking. I would recommend Dr. Saenz and Tabor Orthopedic to everyone.

I am writing to express concern regarding an experience my wife and I had at your Kate Bond Road…read morelocation with Dr. J. Eager. During my wife's appointment, Dr. Eager entered the exam room and spoke directly to her, but completely ignored my presence. As her spouse and support person, I was seated in the room and there to assist, yet I was not acknowledged at any point during or after his interaction. Being ignored in this setting felt unprofessional and dismissive. A patient's support person plays an important role, especially during medical visits, and basic acknowledgment is a matter of respect and courtesy. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I want to note that we have encountered other physicians at your practice who are friendly, respectful, and inclusive in their communication. That makes this particular interaction stand out even more. I also believe this type of behavior can disproportionately affect elderly patients and their support systems, who often rely on another person to help understand and manage their care. I respectfully ask that this matter be addressed so that all patients and their support persons are treated with the respect they deserve.
