Consequently, I used 3 of my 10 precious hours of childcare per week to drive to his office, complete a heap of paperwork, submit to an unpleasant exam, and drive home, just so they could call me 2 days later to tell me that although my health insurance covers the device I was requesting, they wouldn't pay for it in advance (why would they?) and therefore their office would not be able to provide the care I wanted. They refused to help me work through the problem and have now hung up on me twice. So now I have to go to another doctor and start the whole process from scratch. This is completely unacceptable from a women's health provider, so they either need to change their policies or go out of business.

My first treatment included checking in, X-rays and my adjustment. I left with a smile on my face, and in 24 hours my pain was about a 5. Dr. Alan went over my X-rays and explained in great detail why I was hurting. He gave me a picture of my X-ray, and this last X-ray showed me my wonderful progress I had made from the adjustments.
