The clinic has outsourced medical records requests to Sharecare, and obtaining her records has been so difficult and delayed that she missed an important neurosurgery appointment. While Sharecare processes the requests, Campbell Clinic chose to use this service and remains responsible for ensuring that patients can obtain their own medical records in a timely manner. Instead of helping resolve the issue when we contacted the clinic, we were repeatedly directed back to Sharecare with no meaningful assistance. Elderly patients should not have to navigate a complicated system just to access their own health information. Missing a specialist appointment because records could not be obtained is unacceptable. I hope Campbell Clinic reconsiders this process and takes greater ownership of helping patients when the system fails them

But enough about that. Regardless of my injury, they always see me the same day or next day. Dr. Saenz is always awesome. He gives you the best option for treatment and a couple of others for stubborn, hardheaded people who refuse to slow down like me. Believe me, if it calls for a shot, SUCK IT UP and take the shot! My biggest issue in the past was the parking. They were located in the doctors building at St Francis in Bartlett. Now they have a fantastic new facility across the street from the hospital. The office is very nice, the waiting room is huge wit comfy seating and there is plenty of parking. I would recommend Dr. Saenz and Tabor Orthopedic to everyone.

Ferguson does not care about you individually, he's more so there to waste your time and money. I'd recommend going to Dlabach, or Lochemes they truly care and can set up a plan to help you out. I've seen a lot of doctors I have tons of medical issues and I rarely find bad doctors but between Campbell's clinic and MOG there two are the worst.

But, I know there is no physician with her expertise along with her professionalism combined any where else locally to be found. The drive is definitely long, and at times painful along with uncomfortable due to my conditions. I've never found many physician's as Dr Lee-Sigler who go over your diagnosis and treatment plan as she. I've had other issues that were not within her field and recommended me to colleagues who were outstanding. Dr Wolfe was outstanding regarding my knee issue. Dr Saenz did an outstanding surgery on the wrist I broke. This establishment from the time you walk through the door, escorted to the doctor, seeing the doctor, getting X-ray, and checking out is extremely pleasant. The wait time very minimal from the waiting room to seeing the doctor. Since my time with this establishment I've never been under their roof over an hour...! PS: Dr Lee-Sigler personal assistant is a dream.

I had also previously had a terrible experience with another doctor, among other things, and I had just about given up on being treated decently. In walks Dr. Christian and he immediately made me feel comfortable! I told him how I was feeling, and he listened. Dr. Christian went over my prognosis thoroughly and explained that I would need surgery. I was still pretty pissed off about how the OTHER doctor (if you want to call him that) had treated me, so I was not in a good headspace at all that day, but Dr. Christian understood that and made me feel so much better. He told me to let that experience go, to trust him, and I did. I DID have the surgery with Dr. Christian, and I must say everything went GREAT! It was also a very emotional day for me because my surgery day fell on the birthday of my dog that recently died, but the surgical staff understood that too, and helped dry my tears before I went into the surgery room. I would like to say I could not have asked for a better experience even if I wanted to. My post- surgical care has also been great. YES, ROTATOR CUFF SURGERY IS PAINFUL, and I HATE going to physical therapy!!!! There is no way around that, but my pain is being managed. I would recommend ANYONE who is facing rotator cuff surgery to Dr. Christian and the entire staff! By the way, I am a worker's compensation case, so please do not feel like you will be treated any less than if that's the case because I wasn't, and that's the TRUTH!!!!!!! My left foot has been hurting me for over a year. I went to my personal Doctor nearly a year ago. He didn't help me. So, I asked him to refer me to a specialist in Southaven, MS and I came here. Again, I am so glad I did because my foot hurts no more. He said I had a Bone Bruise. He prescribed me a medical boot. I wore it for 6 weeks and now I am happy because my foot no longer hurts. This morning my wife drove me to OrthoSouth in Bartlett for medical attention. However, I was denied care after being informed that the facility does not accept Tricare Prime as an insurance provider. When I asked if I could pay out-of-pocket, I was further informed that OrthoSouth only accepts payment through insurance and therefore could not provide treatment. I find it both appalling and deeply disrespectful that a medical institution would refuse care to a military retiree under these circumstances. In my view, every medical facility in the United States should accept the insurance provided to our veterans and military retirees. To deny service to those who have honorably served--many of whom depend on Tricare Prime--is unacceptable. In fact, staff at the front desk mentioned they had turned away another veteran earlier that same day. This experience left me with the clear impression that OrthoSouth prioritizes profit over patient care. To all military veterans and retirees: OrthoSouth is not a facility you will want to rely on for medical services. Their refusal to provide care is a disservice to the 1% of us who have dedicated our lives to serving our country.

I find the osteoporosis group unprofessional I already had…read moreon appointment I needed to reschedule to get my infusion and took another appointment even though it was not convenient and had to take off work. About 45 minutes before my appointment I get a call cancelling because my medication isn't there. I told them I used a specialty pharmacy at my first visit but somehow they did not pay attention to that. I had already arrived at 11:45 for 12 noon appointment and assistant was already at lunch. I am a medical provider myself and would never do this or be so unprofessional. I am hoping they can be more professional in the future.
