But enough about that. Regardless of my injury, they always see me the same day or next day. Dr. Saenz is always awesome. He gives you the best option for treatment and a couple of others for stubborn, hardheaded people who refuse to slow down like me. Believe me, if it calls for a shot, SUCK IT UP and take the shot! My biggest issue in the past was the parking. They were located in the doctors building at St Francis in Bartlett. Now they have a fantastic new facility across the street from the hospital. The office is very nice, the waiting room is huge wit comfy seating and there is plenty of parking. I would recommend Dr. Saenz and Tabor Orthopedic to everyone.

Ferguson does not care about you individually, he's more so there to waste your time and money. I'd recommend going to Dlabach, or Lochemes they truly care and can set up a plan to help you out. I've seen a lot of doctors I have tons of medical issues and I rarely find bad doctors but between Campbell's clinic and MOG there two are the worst.

The drive is definitely long, and at times painful along with uncomfortable due to my conditions. I've had other issues that were not within her field and recommended me to colleagues who were outstanding. Dr Wolfe was outstanding regarding my knee issue. Dr Saenz did an outstanding surgery on the wrist I broke. This establishment from the time you walk through the door, escorted to the doctor, seeing the doctor, getting X-ray, and checking out is extremely pleasant. The wait time very minimal from the waiting room to seeing the doctor. Since my time with this establishment I've never been under their roof over an hour...! During my wife's appointment, Dr. Eager entered the exam room and spoke directly to her, but completely ignored my presence. As her spouse and support person, I was seated in the room and there to assist, yet I was not acknowledged at any point during or after his interaction. Being ignored in this setting felt unprofessional and dismissive. A patient's support person plays an important role, especially during medical visits, and basic acknowledgment is a matter of respect and courtesy. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I want to note that we have encountered other physicians at your practice who are friendly, respectful, and inclusive in their communication. That makes this particular interaction stand out even more. I also believe this type of behavior can disproportionately affect elderly patients and their support systems, who often rely on another person to help understand and manage their care. I respectfully ask that this matter be addressed so that all patients and their support persons are treated with the respect they deserve.
