This unassuming hole-in-the-wall restaurant was a nice find in Medford for our fourth family visit. Entering through the door, we appreciated the cultural decor and beautiful posters. The restrooms were clean and service was quick. Chips were nice and crispy and the salsa had a satisfying kick. The quesabirria tacos stood out on the menu, and boy, were they the right call. The consomme were a nice addition to the already flavorful tacos. 10/10 and would gladly return on our next family visit to Medford.

It arrived in perfect time & looked most appealing. The tastes for both of our different menu selections were delicious. My favorite aspect was the fact that the dishes were not overpowered with salt or grease that is often the case in many Mexican restaurants. The flavors were balanced & the meat tender...... nothing was burnt passing for " caramelized " food. As a foodie & excellent cook myself , I was very happy with this meal. Deliciousness, ambiance, & awesome senor servers with a singing cooking staff!! If your chefs are happy, that stands for a lot!!! Right?! We loved finding this gem of a place & it felt comfortable & "just right" on our road trip. My only complaint: they are not located in our town!!!! If we return to this restaurant, I'll definitely be hoping she's our server again. She made a lasting impression, and she deserves every bit of recognition for the excellent job she does.
