Don't think too much about the amateurish building and the Spartan conditions these guys are pros and it's not always the flashy stores that do the best work. And you've got a lot of satisfied customers here and I am one of them. And it's also affordable too. Prices will go up if you have a bigger vehicle and they have vehicle tints all the way down to 5% lighting but those are for limousines and high-end like movie star vehicles. Me I'm just a regular guy with a four-door sedan that wants something a little darker for summer. Absolutely recommended. When you pull into this place from Aurora it's not the stereo store in front there is a little tiny roadway just south of the stereo store about 200 ft that takes a strong dip you'll see a sign that points you to the window tinting place and there's room for a few cars down there. Please see the picture. but if you go to the stereo store and see Brian they will just direct you down there. You can turn left from southbound Aurora or right from northbound of where are no problem but you have to slow down at 137th Street to see it.

I had a bad experience with another detailer, Madison Detail, and left feeling ripped off. Seattle Detail and tint, however, was on the other end of the spectrum. They have a very professional setup and excellent customer service. I was more than satisfied when I inspected my car, it seemed like they paid extreme attention to detail when washing it. Shout out to Craver for answering all my questions and giving me a 5 star experience. My paint felt smooth and silky to the touch, and they even removed the sticky residue from my interior windshield, which I had just casually mentioned during the initial consult. They told me I could use rubbing alcohol, but I didn't have time to clean it, and to my surprise, that residue was completely gone. The price is pretty reasonable. I did a wash, clay bar, polish and wax and they vacuumed my interior and dressed my tires all for $249. I'm now a lifetime customer and will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. If you're looking for a reputable installer for PPF, ceramic, and tint, this shop is it! Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop. I had my 2024 4Runner wrapped last January 2025 by Metropolitan Detail in Redmond. They did a…read morewonderful job and it looked better than I had ever seen it. In August I had been rear-ended by a much larger vehicle and had it repaired by a local collision company. After all the repairs were completed, I had Metropolitan Detail put another wrap around all the areas that had to be repaired or replaced. Made my 4Runner look like new again. In late December I accidently rubbed against a large yellow post with my front fender, in a tight parking lot. Lesson learned - do not park near any columns. In January I had Metropolitan Detail buff out the yellow paint and restore the right full fender flare. Since I did not have time to take it to Metropolitan Express beforehand, I was able to have it hand-washed at Metropolitan Detail during the same job. I picked it up on January 13th, and it looked like it just rolled off the show room at the Dealership, but only nicer. Metropolitan Detail does quality work and I continue to go back to them to help me keep my 4Runner in a super nice condition. Thank you, all for taking care of my 2024 4Runner.

Some tried to dazzle me but then kept adding on fees while others didn't even seem to want my business. Some were wanting me to wait way too long for the finished product and then there were those who were always putting me on hold. In the end, the decision was clear, McNamara signs was reasonably priced, an independent business and had excellent customer service. The process was very easy. You pick out the style you want and add feet if you want them. I think it's best to go with a plastic or wood and we chose the wood. They laid the artwork I supplied over it and it came out exactly like the image I had. The colors matched perfectly and it really looked better than some of the older signs we got from other places. Now it was a bit of a drive for me to get there but it was totally worth it. And the best thing of all is that they have a dog in the shop! I wish I would have brought my pug with me so he could have said hi! McNamara signs does quality work fast and their customer service was perfect! I'll definitely be back when I need more signs.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.
