I called to ask them to come out to get it working and they suggested that I call whoever installed the system initially rather than have them come back as they were too busy. I called another company who came out and told me they I should call Olsen back as the pump they installed was not working and must be under warranty. I called Olsen back and was told they would try to fit me into their schedule. It has now been over a week and $300 to the other company who came out. I just called again and was told they service the customers who have a service contract first and will try to fit me in.

Ricardo took the time to evaluate all the possible options based on my limited explanation/description of what was wrong. He was very thorough in checking to make sure all areas of our unit(s) were in good working order and through exploration, was able to locate the broken part, replace it, and get our unit back in working condition. I also appreciate that he took the time to explain to me how the unit works, telling me about what each part is and does, and about some other noises I might hear that are perfectly normal (very informative and helpful, esp as a new homeowner who is just learning everything about everything home-systems related!)

Today was to fix some wiring so we can get our new central ac system hooked up. This past year we have had a real hard time finding good and reliable contractors. 1st ones that actually call back and two that do good work. We finally found our company for electrical!! Originally the wait time was months, but because we referenced our previous job we got moved up a little bit for being previous customers. Right at the start this made us feel like J & J Clap valued our business. Eric and Wilson worked on our job this particular job and were right on time, communicative, friendly, and did an outstanding job. When I came on to write this review I understood why the other few reviews were five stars. Highly recommend J & J Clap Electrical.

These twits will leave you with more damage than you started with then overcharge you for incompetent, sloppy work then go cry about how they're doing the best they can and they don't understand why you're dissatisfied with the extra damage that they'll deny they even caused. Find yourself an actual decent plumber, these guys do crap work and then charge an arm and a leg for it. If you do have the misfortune of hiring them, take before pictures so you have proof how sloppy their work is. The owner that answers the phone is a defensive and whiney little prick with zero people skills and if you insult him or his guys' work he threatens to send his guys back over to "talk."
