Someone picked up the phone, Alicia? maybe.. my daughter in law said the tone on the phone was enough to make us take our business somewhere else. It honestly felt like we were bothering her just by calling and asking questions. We ended up going with another company that was actually more expensive, but the woman who answered the phone was kind and helpful from the start. I got the AC done in the spring which took a little longer to schedule. I felt like all the staff was helpful and nice. My attic stairs got messed up with the up and down of replacing the furnace and they wouldn't close when I used them a few days later and they were nice enough to come back and fix them. No complaints over here.
