I wasn't given an estimate or told this was any different when the work was being done, so I was a bit put out. So, I called and asked about it. The lady I spoke to said she would look into it and get back to me. Two months later I get a repeat bill with no response. I called and a lady said my service didn't include maintenance. Ok...... I have to look at my agreement, but I found that all a little unusual.

If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction. We made a few adjustments to the proposal so by the time he came in, there were almost no details left to work out. That is always a good sign. I'm very glad I made that decision. In both cases they.(Jeremy and Hunter) demonstrated they are very skilled at their trade, working very efficiently and getting the job done quickly.
