Yes... I'm a fan. Like the others say - its a bit pricey but delish! I LOVE the margarita pizza as well as the salads & the tuna appetizers. Great wine list and the martinis are fabulous! It's the perfect place for a date night or girls night out. read more

The food MELTS in your mouth (haha).. I had am awesome pasta dish. The desserts were to die for- the cannoli was perfect and I had the best cheesecake of my life. Orgasmic. With sweet graham cracker crust on the bottom and berries on top. I would bathe in it if I could. read more

Located at the Promenade, this restaurant is more fine dining, than casual. I had heard lots of negative reports, so wanted to try it myself. The service was great and the food was great, as well. So not quite sure why I had heard otherwise. The decor is a relaxed modern, with dining downstairs and upstairs. They also have a separate bar. Always make reservations for dinner or you may not get a table. It is pricey, but I usually expect most upscale restaurants to be higher. read more

If you're looking for a romantic place to take a date, Melt is the place. The food is fantastic, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer any query u might have regarding ur menu & specials. They even offer opinions, which is refreshing. read more

I was a little worried because some of the reviews aren't great, but my girlfriend and I had a great experience here on our anniversary. We had one of the restaurant week prix fixe menu options. The best part of this place was the service. I'm a big fan of exactness, almost OCD, when it comes to fine dining and this place delivered. Also, I can personally vouch for the broccoli cheddar puree soup, cured meats appetizer, and steak and potatoes main course. They house wine is quite good as well. read more

I REALLY want to like this place as the trendy, young side of me wants a swanky, sexy place to do well in the Lehigh Valley (Lord knows we could use it here)...But geez, the food is really sub par at best. Setting is great for a date night or night with the girls and the rooftop patio (Level 3) is a great place during summer to enjoy cocktails. I have been here 3 times, trying to give it another shot. And I will say, the 3rd time my entree (scallops) was not too terribly bad. But there are just other places that do it better! Did I say I really want this place to do well? Just get a new Chef and I really think all will be well! read more

This visit was very good. Service was excellent, as it usually is. Both entrees, Atlantic Salmon and Spaghetti Carbonara, were very good but entrees can be somewhat inconsistent. The side of Broccoli Rabe had good amount of large chunks of garlic. Red Sangria is excellent. Cheesecake of the day is a great 2 person dessert. read more

Melt has a great menu, solid wine list, and reasonable pricing for what you get. The osso bucco was great, people loved the filet, and the pasta dishes were enjoyed as well. If you have a group, their private rooms work out great. The 3rd floor bar appears to be an overreaching attempt at a young, hip club/ bar that makes up for lack of style with volume of music. It's nice but not great. read more

I've been dragged to this restaurant a few more times since my original review. Each time, the food wasn't awful, but not really worth the price. If they stepped it up a notch, I might be more interested in coming back. I've come to the conclusion that this place is really only useful as somewhere to impress a date or someone who hasn't been to the Lehigh Valley in 20 years with the atmosphere/design of the place. read more

The good is really food but I feel it's a little over priced. My boyfriend and I have gone multiple times, especially for date nights during Lent when I can't eat meat on Fridays. read more

We went here for our anniversary. It was so great! I loved the atmosphere and the food and the service. We were treated like royalty! I felt as if I had been transported to NYC! read more

Food great, friendly atmosphere and the interior is very nice~ When went there for my anniversary with my boyfriend our waiter was courteous~~ I would definitely come back but the price is a bit pricey. read more

My husband and I have been here many times. This is our "special place" the food is alway consistent, service, perfect, and I love the bar for cocktails. Good "clean" food, quality, quality, quality!!! Never disappoints. read more

Service was terrible. Waiter seemed unaware of his surroundings. Bread came after our main meal was already over even though we asked for it multiple times. He also did not check if we needed refills on our drinks. Food was okay, not terrible but not worth the price. Will not be visiting again. read more

I love going to this restaurant. The food is always good and the staff and management team always come around to your table to see if you need anything else. I took my mom and girlfriend there on Easter and they loved it. Will be coming back again soon. read more

Food was tasty at the Melt as it usually is at a Paxos restaurant. Ambience was great. But, Eric, it's not okay to serve a classic Manhattan with the incorrect garnish and when brought to your attention to be told abruptly that that's the way it's done at the Melt; and, Eric, it's inappropriate to just blow it off when the wrong entrée is delivered to the table (I wonder who was the recipient of the picked through returned dish); and, Eric, it's not okay to dismiss the occasion where a fruit fly decides to enjoy my cocktail also and simply be told that the flies have been around lately (I wonder how many were in my pasta where it would have been difficult to see them). Thanks to you, Eric, Melt gets one star this time! Maybe you had a long, hard day, Eric! Maybe it's good I didn't! read more

I have eaten twice at Melt: when it opened, then a few months later. At the opening, the food was outstanding, the service impeccable. I had a pasta with shrimp dish that was perfectly seasoned and prompt, unobtrusive service. The second time I ate lunch at Melt by myself. The service while unobtrusive was very slow. Over 15 minutes just to get a beverage and the restaurant was less then 50% full. The dish itself, a pasta with cream sauce and supposedly flavored with sun dried tomatoes, was very bland. I will visit Melt again just one more time to see if they have achieved any consistency. I have heard from others that if you dine on the weekend, you will get the same high level of food and service as I received on my first visit. Conversely, if you visit mid-week (like my second visit), you will get lackluser food/service. read more

The food is good and the atmosphere is really trendy. Perfect for date nights. The rooftop bar is amazing in great weather especially if you reserve in advance to get a private cabana. Only negative is that it is overpriced for amount and quality of food. read more

This place is manbun central. The third floor/rooftop bar is beautiful. Every drink that I've had here has been excellent (although pricy but you pay for the experience and quality) (I recommend the pumpkin martini) service is spectacular. I was waiting to pay my tab for about ten seconds when a man in a suit approached me from behind asking if I was being helped. He flagged down the bartender within two seconds and made sure that he helped me immediately. Oh, and the mojitos are killer. Five stars. read more

The food here is so excellent. Everything always fresh, everything always delicious. I love the grilled veg app, served cold but amazing. Have a great selection of drinks also, I like the rooftop Mojito. We had a server name Carl, he was very informative and friendly, very attentive but not overly intrusive. Aesthetically this is the most gorgeous restaurant in the Lehigh Valley! Excited now that it's summer time for the rooftop deck. The DJ, Kevin, is awesome! read more

Tried it for the first time tonight. Ambiance- 4 stars. Food- 2 stars Bad pizza, undercooked scallops and a very average chicken parm. You can do better at your average pizza place. Topped off with slow service. It does have a nice atmosphere... read more

Awful service (at the upstairs bar). Such a shame. Definitely my favourite bar in the area (probably because I'm not from the area and don't know of any better places lol). The food, drinks, and atmosphere were amazing. Unfortunately, the service was horrendous. The bartender was inattentive and rude. He just seemed irritated when I had questions regarding the drinks; and no, it was not a busy night. My friend and I ordered two appetizers on two separate occasions. When we came around to ordering the second appetizer, the bartender rudely said "I know" without my mentioning of it prior. read more

Very good food! Nice atmosphere and everyone's very nice and attentive. I've been here many times during the summer time and the roof top at night is a very nice hang out lounge. Check it out. read more

We go here a lot when visiting my son at DeSales University. The ambiance is welcoming and relaxing, the food quality is excellent and there is a great wine selection as well as craft cocktails. The wait staff is consistently helpful and extremely accommodating and makes the experience that much nicer. We were here most recently to help my son celebrate his 21st birthday with a few of his close friends. Everyone enjoyed their appetizer and main course selections and my son marked this milestone with a good merlot and complimentary champagne (a very nice touch). A birthday cheesecake and cappuccinos rounded out our meals. I always look forward to a return visit! read more

Probably my favorite place around to eat! Love the steak paired with the chips with Gorgonzola crumbles. One of the few places I order my steak medium-rare and it comes out correctly. Thank you! Good beer selection and great martinis. Staff is always friendly and service is great. Well deserving of 5 stars! read more

This place is fantastic!!! Food was amazing...service was fantastic...prices are reasonable...filet was butter soft full of flavor...I had the yellow fin tuna in a lemon vinagarett sauce...both portions were generous...had a bottle of wine as well...excellent Riesling from Washington state...side dishes were delicious...lots of choices on the menu to choose from....our server Michelle was professional yet down to earth and personable...can't say enough good things about this place...cannot wait to come back!!! read more

I took my best friend there to celebrate her becoming a new citizen and we loved it! The ambience feels amazing and the food was great.. I loved their Moscato Wine they have because it's so different from your ordinary one out here because they special order them from Italy.. I will definitely be returning again! Awesome experience!! read more

Great food and wine list. Had 115 - Justin Cab which is hard to find anywhere else. Our server Stacy was awesome - very friendly and helpful with suggestions. This used to be my favorite restaurant. I bring people here and recommend this restaurant to all of my friends, however after my last experience I doubt I will again. A few weeks ago my friend was visiting from Colorado, and this was our favorite place before she moved. So we decided to come and have dinner during her trip. Everything was going well up until the plates from our appetizers were taken. I was about to take another sip from my soda, which had recently been refilled, when I looked down and noticed a big lipstick stain on the rim. I was not wearing lipstick nor had I been all night. I was understandably upset, and quite honestly disgusted. Obviously I had been given a dirty glass or the glass of another customer when it was taken to be refilled. The waiter then had two different stories, one was that it was the glass that I had had all night (which does not make the situation better) and two that they had tried rubbing the mark off in the back. I highly doubt this, if lipstick can come off of someone's mouth it can come off of a glass. It put me off my meal entirely, as well as my friend, and we asked for the rest of the food to be boxed up. The waiter made me feel as if I was overreacting and being dramatic, I then saw him go over and start whispering to a manager (whom I should not have had to ask for, he should have come over himself but he didn't until I did). The manager was unreceptive to my concerns, and seemed to not care at all for how I felt about the situation. My meal was comped, but he did not offer a sincere apology nor did he have an explanation. They were treating me as if it was my fault, or I had put the lipstick on the glass, which was extremely insulting. We quickly paid for my friends meal and left. I sent an email to their contact form, and have not heard back. I am highly disappointed in the lack of managerial response as well as the fact that this could occur at all. I would not have posted this review had I received an email back regarding my feedback that was sent before Thanksgiving. I will come back and edit this if they do finally reach out. read more

Went here for the first time the other night at the recommendation of a friend. I should have known better. She's all about 'fancy.' Fancy it was, but the food was mediocre. Five scallops lined up on a square plate resting on top of a smeared tablespoon of potatoes for $31? The salad that came before it was nothing special either... leafy greens piled high with a little red onion and a couple olives. The service was good. Our waiter fantastic. For $150 for two people, I'd expect the food to be an experience. Well, it was... but not a positive one. The atmosphere was nice. Modern Italian I guess? No Italian music playing either... guess it goes with the theme. Guess we paid for atmosphere, which I could have gotten at many other Valley restaurants for a fraction of the price. Probably won't be back. read more

Asw of late, Melt has not meet the standards they have become known for: the service is unprofessional: the quality of food has gone down, and; Managers seem more interested in hustling girls than providing those special touches read more

Great ambience...attentive service...Pretty good, but uninspired, food...high prices for pizzas and pastas that just shouldn't be... Adds up to a three Star dining experience. Add a star if u don't mind paying NYC prices for a restaurant in Center Valley PA. read more

I visited Melt for the first time with my husband and two friends this Saturday. All four of us couldn't have been more disappointed with each of our appetizers and meals. We started off with very mediocre salads (I could have made a much better one at home, and I'm not much of a cook!), followed by the best item had between us- the pumpkin ravioli. Our entrees were so unsatisfying- from tasteless chicken parm and marinara sauce (and this is an Italian restaurant?!), tasteless seafood pizza, mediocre lamb, and okay veal over pasta. We were so disappointed with our meals, that we actually left the restaurant for dessert somewhere else. Our bill was over $400- even if the meal cost $40, it would NOT be worth the money. You're better off staying home. However, the third floor is a great place to go for a Saturday night out. We enjoyed our time at the bar- but NOT at the restaurant. read more

Great atmosphere, decent food. I got the seared salmon and it was cooked perfectly. My girlfriend got the rigatoni and it was undercooked. definitely on the expensive side compared to the quality of the food. read more

I really enjoyed my meal here, but glad I had a gift certificate. I had soup, pasta and 2 cocktails, my friend had a crab cake, pizza and one cocktail and it came to over $90. My server was very sweet and friendly. I'd go here again... but only with another gift certificate! read more

Very nice menu with plenty of choices. I loved the photography on the menu. Servers were very attentive and kind. All dishes were beautifully presented. Lovely atmosphere. read more

The restaurant is very lovely inside, but the menu is pretty boring. Neither of us was very interested in anything on the regular menu so we each had the prix fixe...it was a good deal for $29; your choice of app, entree and dessert. The food was so-so. It's got a nice atmosphere for drinks out, but avoid the super-sugary splash-of-alcohol drinks for $12...they suck. read more

Great decor, staff, service, but the crab cake sandwich was dreadful. I'll give it another shot because of the staff.

We went for restaurant week and while the menu was limited for us, we all had great food and very good service. We had a pretty long wait but the delicious drinks made the time go fast. My only complaint would be it's very noisy, very hard to follow conversations. read more
