When I pulled up I had a hard time finding anywhere to park because the lot was so crowded, but it was no big deal at first. I went in and told a man about the appointment I had made (2 days in advance mind you) and he told me with an attitude that it would be at least a few hours because they had no room in the garage. I said okay, thinking I really didn't have time because of work but whatever (hence making an appointment). Now I usually am pretty understanding but this is where it got ridiculous. The woman behind me in line (she also parked directly behind my car so I know I was there first) went to the desk and said she needed an oil change and something else done, no appointment. They took her keys no issue and one of the mechanics drove her car around. I was dumbfounded. Now maybe she was dropping the car off, but it didn't seem like it. It all felt incredibly wrong to me that she was taken care of no issue and I was met with a stupid look for questioning why I couldn't get in at my scheduled time. Beyond all of that, it took me about 10 minutes to leave because of cars parked behind me and having to slowly maneuver around a disorganized mess of cars. If you want friendly, organized service that sticks to their word, I would go somewhere else.

You couldn't tell it had been hit. Also, they have popped a number of dents on other vehicles, repaired a damaged bumper on my 2012 CLS AMG, and detailed my vehicles a number of times. They missed a small scuff on my bumper once and promptly got my car back in to resolve it. The pricing is always reasonable and service great. I thought it would be good for me to comment as I see they got a bad review here. I find that review to be completely off from my experiences so I'm not sure how valid it is... A little let down by their communication. I $3000 repair that was mostly including replacing the…read morerear bumper. Me not realizing that the bumper was more than one piece. Actually Two pieces one being a very small piece just under the license plate. It had gotten bumped and slightly scratched after the initial damage which would have been more of a bummer except that I knew we were getting a new bumper with the repair. It would have been way professional of Miller to inform us and offer to add the part at our expense for said part knowing that the entire bumper need to be retaken off to replace it and so now want to charge extra labor cost to replace. It would have been very appreciated to get informed ahead of time. Since they obviously knew. We now have a brand new bumper with a scuff in the middle. I know now that not all bumpers are one piece.
