I called about getting a new windshield. I was given a price that included $50 for mobile repair. I was told my information was saved for when I called back. When I called back, the woman was unfriendly, said she knew nothing about the quote and that they didn't do mobile repairs. I contacted corporate twice. Zero response. The company was apparently purchased recently by vulture hedge fund operators, and that may be the problem. One thing for sure, I'm telling friends and family not to use AutoGlass Now. read more

Their customer area definitely could use a lot of love - it's pretty grungy and beat up with a couple uncomfortable chairs to sit in. However, there's a Tim Horton's right next door and a Wendy's across the street, so if you're waiting on your vehicle, you don't *have* to stay in the customer area. They'll give you a call when it's done. They quoted me an hour's worth of time to get it done. It was done in 50 minutes. I came in, paid the exact amount they quoted me, and they had even installed the windshield wipers I had sitting in the packages inside the car without charging me! These guys are the best in the business. I have used them multiple times 4 different windshields and the driver side window. Someone threw a rock through my drivers window parked in the street yesterday morning... Police knock on my door at 8 AM... I was in their shop by 11 AM and had a window in immediately. These guys are always friendly, hard-working... They even cleaned up all the glass that was still inside my car from the rock. I have priced these guys out multiple times and they are about half the cost of Safelite, whom I would never recommend. Quality work done fast and very inexpensively... The molding most certainly has to be removed before the windshield can be replaced. I didnt6have any problems with my moldings before your guys replaced the windshield. Let's be clear, I have done quite a bit of business with you guys in the past. My mother had her windshield replaced twice there and was pleased with the services provided. I am surprised and disappointed that you would try and sweep this problem under the rug. Guess I'll have to deal with your corporate offices. This was a fantastic experience! Reuben the manager was friendly and efficient. Tez the glass technician was also very friendly when I inquired about appt times. I couldn't believe the price was half than others I received quotes from. They installed my windshield in 16 minutes!! I live in South Dayton, it took me longer to get there than for them to install the windshield!! Amazing!! I cant believe I waited so long to get it replaced. I wish I would have checked yelp and with Auto Glass Now last year. I will come here for any auto glass need, and will tell everyone I know to go there as well. I will never use this place again and I will warn people against using them. I had my windshield replaced after a crack, and they seemed nice and quick enough, with a cheap price. You get what you pay for though, my car started leaking a few months later, and after I finally got a leak specialist to confirm it was coming from the windshield, I took it back to this shop. They were incredibly rude, tried to refuse to even look at the problem, treated the leak specialist on the phone horribly, and made a huge deal out of re-sealing two sections of my windshield, refusing to pull it and re-install it per the leak specialist's suggestion. Well to nobody's surprise, my car continued to leak, and when I took it back to the leak specialist, he found it was the windshield's problem again. (The specialist charged me $0 each time because it was such an easy leak to find.) I'm paying a professional that cares about their work this time to replace it and I'm now out $200 and hours and hours of time and frustration because this place was unprofessional, rude, careless, and did not do their job properly the first or second time.
