I have to give a huge shoutout to Robert for his glass work because the quality is seriously next level. From the moment he started the project, it was obvious he takes real pride in what he does. The craftsmanship is incredible. Every edge is clean, everything fits perfectly, and the final result looks better than I even imagined. You can tell he doesn't rush jobs and actually cares about getting things right. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail and how professional he was throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, showed up when he said he would, and left everything clean and finished properly. If you're looking for someone who does honest, high quality glass work and actually cares about the result, Robert is absolutely the person to call. I'd recommend him to anyone without hesitation. read more

I called about getting a new windshield. I was given a price that included $50 for mobile repair. I was told my information was saved for when I called back. When I called back, the woman was unfriendly, said she knew nothing about the quote and that they didn't do mobile repairs. I contacted corporate twice. Zero response. The company was apparently purchased recently by vulture hedge fund operators, and that may be the problem. One thing for sure, I'm telling friends and family not to use AutoGlass Now. read more

Auto Glass Now - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Dayton, Ohio

Called in, receive a quote that was $300 less than my insurance company was asking, and they had an appointment for me the next day. Went in, and I dropped off my vehicle. Their customer area definitely could use a lot of love - it's pretty grungy and beat up with a couple uncomfortable chairs to sit in. However, there's a Tim Horton's right next door and a Wendy's across the street, so if you're waiting on your vehicle, you don't *have* to stay in the customer area. They'll give you a call when it's done. They quoted me an hour's worth of time to get it done. It was done in 50 minutes. I came in, paid the exact amount they quoted me, and they had even installed the windshield wipers I had sitting in the packages inside the car without charging me! Fantastic service, very efficient, and very affordable. Absolutely no complaints from me. read more

These guys are the best in the business. I have used them multiple times 4 different windshields and the driver side window. Someone threw a rock through my drivers window parked in the street yesterday morning... Police knock on my door at 8 AM... I was in their shop by 11 AM and had a window in immediately. These guys are always friendly, hard-working... They even cleaned up all the glass that was still inside my car from the rock. I have priced these guys out multiple times and they are about half the cost of Safelite, whom I would never recommend. Quality work done fast and very inexpensively... Would never ever ever go anywhere else read more

What a deal these folks are and value is awesome. Had them two windshields for me and my buddy did too

They were very fast and friendly to book my appointment. I was in and out in 45 minutes, the men did great and the price was the best I've seen in the Dayton area. If I had to go back I would, I was impressed. *Muslim & Spanish speaking friendly read more

My service was great, the person who was working the front desk was amazing. But the issue was I took my car in at 11 and didn't get done until 12:45 I feel that an 1:45 minute wait on something that takes 30 minutes is a little frustrating. Other then that everything was great! read more

Someone shattered my driver side quarter window. Auto Glass Now quoted hundreds of dollars less than Safelite and 2 other local glass shops. I easily set up an appointment via email and I was in and out within 15 minutes! Full replacement done so quickly and it looks good! Great, friendly service. Highly recommend. read more

The molding most certainly has to be removed before the windshield can be replaced. I didnt6have any problems with my moldings before your guys replaced the windshield. Let's be clear, I have done quite a bit of business with you guys in the past. My mother had her windshield replaced twice there and was pleased with the services provided. I am surprised and disappointed that you would try and sweep this problem under the rug. Guess I'll have to deal with your corporate offices. Maybe they will take care of the problem your guts caused.smh read more

They changed our broken windshield in no time! They were very reasonable in price. We had to change our appointment twice, and we were still treated well. They do NOT travel to you, you have to bring your car to their shop. I'd recommend calling and making an appointment. read more

Reuben the store manager knows how to conduct excellent customer service. On the phone he was kind, respectful and knowledgeable plus the price was competitive. They had me in and out to seal some cracks and apologized when it took a little longer than first stated. I cannot recommend this place more highly. read more

So, I preemptively wrote this review. They installed the wrong windshield and caused my adaptive cruise control to stop working. No one at the shop would take responsibility for the mess up on their end. Changed management and I am left SOL. read more

This was a fantastic experience! Reuben the manager was friendly and efficient. Tez the glass technician was also very friendly when I inquired about appt times. I couldn't believe the price was half than others I received quotes from. They installed my windshield in 16 minutes!! I live in South Dayton, it took me longer to get there than for them to install the windshield!! Amazing!! I cant believe I waited so long to get it replaced. I wish I would have checked yelp and with Auto Glass Now last year. I will come here for any auto glass need, and will tell everyone I know to go there as well. Honestly, if there were 6 stars, I would give them 6!! Great job guys and Happy Thanksgiving!! read more

Their service caused damage to my car. I won't use this shop again.

I will never use this place again and I will warn people against using them. I had my windshield replaced after a crack, and they seemed nice and quick enough, with a cheap price. You get what you pay for though, my car started leaking a few months later, and after I finally got a leak specialist to confirm it was coming from the windshield, I took it back to this shop. They were incredibly rude, tried to refuse to even look at the problem, treated the leak specialist on the phone horribly, and made a huge deal out of re-sealing two sections of my windshield, refusing to pull it and re-install it per the leak specialist's suggestion. Well to nobody's surprise, my car continued to leak, and when I took it back to the leak specialist, he found it was the windshield's problem again. (The specialist charged me $0 each time because it was such an easy leak to find.) I'm paying a professional that cares about their work this time to replace it and I'm now out $200 and hours and hours of time and frustration because this place was unprofessional, rude, careless, and did not do their job properly the first or second time. I would give them zero stars if I could. read more
