    I had a complete windshield repair scheduled to be done at my home in Spring 2021. Everything seemed to go off without a hitch. Unfortunately, the windshield wasn't installed properly. It was rattling and I could hear wind coming in through the passenger side. I had to go to the store so that they could look at it. They found nothing wrong. After that visit, I was able to get video of the noise coming from the windshield, and took my car back again. That time, they said that some clips were loose, and they were able to fix it. Unfortunately, the noise from the windshield continued. I called to let them know that I was still having problems and the person I spoke with on the phone said that I had a second full windshield repair, which I definitely had not. I had gotten a text from Safelite, informing me of service completed, on a day that I most definitely did not have my car there. I figured they just mixed up a phone number. But no, they actually tried to say that I got my windshield replaced twice. The glass chipped in less than four months. The entire experience was absolutely horrendous. My windshield never was installed properly, I was told I received more service than I did and now it's chipped too. I will never use this company again, and will tell everyone that I know to stay away! What a mess! Attaching a photo of their response to my review on Google. Thanks for the great work, guys.

    Had a small ding in my windshield "repaired" by Safelite 3 weeks ago. Now, there are huge cracks, growing by the day, and I will now need a full replacement. Of course, that's more expensive & my insurance won't cover it. There were no radial cracks when I brought it to them, but there were small ones caused by the "repair".

    We've taken our car and truck here. Always first rate service and the work has been fantastic…read more I wanted take a moment and share a story with you all about my son's truck. Its a 2007 Tacoma. Just a regular truck no bells and whistles but what makes it special is it was my dad's last truck. He and my son would take rides together just the two of them. When dad got sick he asked me to make sure my son got the truck. He did and we've kept it in great mechanical order, but the white paint lost its luster and I just happened to put a nice dent in the right rear quarter panel. I promised to get it fixed and Gerber was the only real choice. When they estimated the fixes, we talked about the old and new paint and well we decided to fix more. To say the truck looks amazing really doesn't capture the change in it or in our love for it. I know its just a truck but there are trucks and there are trucks. This one will be with us forever and the care, respect and craftsmanship that Gerber brought to the work was incredible. Thanks to the team for treating us and our rides so well.

After being told multiple times that there were two claims on my vehicle that needed…read moreto be fixed and getting estimates for both they only did one and when I received a call saying it was done I was informed that only one claim was complete after asking. Had to wait another week for my car to be fixed. On top of that, I told multiple employees that I had received a check from my insurance company that I would need to pay them on top of the deductible. I told them this on multiple phone calls, in person when getting the estimate and when paying for and picking up the car. The did not understand what I was saying. I told them I owed them $900 rather than the $500 for the one claim. They would not let me pay it. In three weeks I get a call saying I owed them money, money I was more than willing to pay. I inform the caller that I told multiple people this and tried to pay it when picking up the car. The caller said "I doubt that". The caller was not a part of any of these conversations and I had them with a family member present that remembers me telling employees this. The repairs look fine but for customer service alone I would avoid at all costs.
