Great server and pizza!! It was Christmas Eve and they went above and beyond. We tipped our waitress well.

Out of town from the Chicagoland area and walked past this place as usual for us to think we wouldn't be able to eat out at a pizza place because of food allergies and restrictions. Walked past again the other way and the outside menu caught my eye that said "vegan and gluten free", and knowing that vegan usually included allergy friendly ingredients, I stopped to check. I went in and was greeted with a smile by Alexia. When I asked her about ingredients, she went in the back and grabbed the books to show me. She didn't think any of my questions were ridiculous and was super helpful. I couldn't believe that we could actually get a table. Our server, Nikki, greeted us. She was happy to take our restrictions serious, was on top of drink refills, and checked on us the right amount of times. She was helpful, knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients, and friendly. Overall, this experience was a 10+ and we left very happy. I actually shed tears because this was the very first time me and my family could eat out at a pizza place. We always have to make pizzas at home, so this was the biggest treat ever. My oldest is 18 if that tells you how long it's been for us. The place is a great atmosphere. Colorful and fun and happy. read more

THEY SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED to be called a pizza place much less even have the Mellow Mushroom name, the taste was way off to what the standards of what I have always expected.. I have enjoyed Mellow Mushroom Pizza at 5 other locations, and everyone of them were great, THIS WAS THE WORST EVER, Domino's would have been a better choice, it was even smaller than expected, crust was bland and lack of sauce and toppings to a $40 PIZZA, plus it took over thirty minutes to get it, THIS IS A MAJOR PASS read more

The food was very good. The service was very good. We had server Troy. The pizza was enough to feed many people with lots of leftovers. There were many different types of pizzas to choose from and they were all very good. The restaurant overall was very colorful and creative. The food did come out pretty fast but we were some of the only people there but overall very good. We'll probably come back. read more

Excellent service and good kid options here, but it is pricey. Two adults and two kids for lunch ran $65 for us without any apps or alcohol. read more

Oh my gosh. This is the place to go for pizza. The staff was great. So much to look at once your in. The pizza was phenomenal!!! All fresh ingredients. The dough is so different but in a good way. This has to be our favorite pizza place. We come to Branson 5 times a year and always eat there. I wish they had one in Oklahoma. Our French waiter was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back. read more

Food and Service is always amazing! Especially with a large group. They are always accommodating!

Great place for pizza and wings. I loved the ambiance and art in the restaurant and on the menu. We ordered the oven roasted wings (whole = 10 wings) with sweet Thai chili sauce on the side. The wings were perfect, juicy and tasty with and without the sauce. It hit the spot! I got a small, build your own pizza with a gluten free crust. It was pretty good overall. I don't like the price though, at $1.50 per topping. A little expensive. My bf got the small Merry Prankster pizza which he really liked. I was definitely jealous of the fluffy crust! Our server was very nice and friendly. She did a great job (forgot her name). Overall, I'd recommend! It was a nice spot to eat at for one of our first meals in Branson. read more

We got our pizza to go because we had a balcony suite at the Hilton at the Landing. We (hubby and I) got the House Special and it was really good. Not a big fan of whole tomato slices on pizza and I did end up taking those off, it tasted good with or without them. I really liked the crust, didn't get soggy and was crispy and pillowy soft at the same time. Will be back on our next trip to Branson. read more

The food was ok once they got the order right. The service was excellent and the ambiance is always fun. We were a party of 13 with some dietary restrictions so I always show some grace. We tried 3 different gluten free pizzas and 2 out of 3 were good. read more

We've been to a Mellow Mushroom location before but saw this one in Branson and knew we needed to check it out. Food: The pizza here is AMAZING!!! The crust is so fluffy and crispy, and the toppings are so delicious. Service: We liked their system of sending a text when your table was ready because you could go check out the shops at the landing while you waited. But, it took at least 45 minutes - an hour for our food to arrive. They were pretty busy so that probably explains the wait. Ambiance: The restaurant has such a cool vibe! It's like a modern 70s ambiance with fun murals and lights. It was also super clean and an overall happy place to be. Mellow Mushroom is a fantastic restaurant with a great location in the Branson Landing! read more

Mellow Mushroom - We ate the pizza so fast I couldn't snap a picture with it all there! - Bars Near Me - Branson, Missouri

Absolute worst service I've ever experienced at Branson. I love Mellow mushroom pizza, but the servers here are liars and will completely forget about your simple requests. Will never return to this location. Sad part is, not a single person in management that cares will ever know about this Update - after leaving this review, Greg personally reached out to me, apologized for the mistake and made it right. I was amazed that in our modern time of the food industry, someone cared enough to make the situation right and address the issue. Thank you so much read more

Now we came here, because my son looked it up on the reviews and saw a pizza burger. Picture is in attachments. When we arrived, the place was busy. It was a Friday night, so no doubt but we were seated. The waitress was nice but missing in action most of the night. It took us about 45 minutes to get our pizzas and burgers, and it was only two of us. I could just imagine how it is if you were really hungry and had to wait. I ordered mushroom soup and it was not good at all to me. I love mushrooms and soup, this was a no go for me. My son really enjoyed his pizza burger and was happy that he chose it, but it did cost about $15 bucks. We did not get refills on our drinks, our waitress never offer refills.. My pizza was good, but not worth what I paid for it. Or the wait time it took to receive it. The bill was pretty high for what we bought. But it was spring break and I wanted my kid to try something new. Would I come back probably not. but we did just drive through from Texas and have these there as well! read more

We stopped here for a late night dinner after traveling all day. The Spinach Dip is amazing. The pizza is so good. So many amazing choices. Even the crust. I usually leave the crust. Not here. Ask for the garlic butter to dip your crust. Not your pizza deliver premade stuff. This is worth it. Fresh roasted garlic. Yummy! Shout out to Haile. She was a super server for sure! She was so happy and helpful. She suggested the best pizzas. There was a bit of a difficult table next to us, and she was professional and handled it wonderfully. We will look for her the next time we are Branson! We also met Austin who was quick to help with a wonderful attitude. Mellow Mushroom is definitely worth checking out if you are in the Branson Landing area! read more

Mellow Mushroom - Great atmosphere! - Bars Near Me - Branson, Missouri

The food was great, but the service was abysmal with the exception of an older female server who was so kind and picked up the slack of others who ignored us. We ate there last night and arrived around 5. We were seated promptly, but for the next 20 minutes totally invisible to the employees. Finally, an older female server stopped at our table and volunteered to help us even though we were not one of her tables. She was wonderful and we left her a 40 percent tip. The pizza was excellent but I'm not sure I would return. If that sweet lady had not been working I don't know how long we would have sat there. We spoke to the hostess on our way out to praise the lady who did help us and she pulled up the seating chart and we were in a 5 table section that should have been served by someone called Josh. Several servers walked by in that 20 minutes we sat there and except for that one sweet lady they just averted their eyes and walked by. Lesson for your younger servers. Two 70 year old guests will tip well for good service. read more

Maybe it's just me, but I wasn't a fan. Fairly expensive food for mid tier quality. Had to wait 45 minutes to get in, then the kitchen was running an hour behind... hope it's better for you! read more

Loved it. The small pizza is perfectly portioned for 2 people, which is a 7 year old and hungry me. This service and the food is excellent, and the vibrant environment amps up your senses to the max. You don't need coffee. Between the colors and the large screens, it's impossible to be bored or suffer any kind of depression. 1/2 House Special, and 1/2 cheese pizza with a side of their Greek salad. A glass of wine would have been perfect, but I'm driving. Worth the visit. read more

Stopped in for a bite before heading to the railroad. Quickly seated and ordered a frozen Jack and coke (deemed delicious and quickly drank by my wife) and a small holy shitake. That pizza could change your life yall XD It was so good! I will definitely go again if I ever find myself back in Branson. Our server (Tyler, I think?) was kind and attentive. The place is also just very neat to look at! read more

Food was great and reminded me of my college days in Orlando visiting the location there. Appetizers were prompt and our server was more than accommodating with any of our requests. All of the servers wore masks and seem like they were taking the proper precautions to clean. Only concern was none of the kitchen staff are wearing masks or gloves when preparing the food.Would have thought with an open kitchen concept they would've taken more precautions to show the guests that they were being safe.. pizza was delicious! read more

This was such a fun place to eat. My wife and I have had barbecue chicken pizza at about a dozen restaurants over the years. This was by far the best we've ever had! The chicken was tender and very flavorful. They use only white meat and real bacon. The onions and everything was cooked to perfection. And wait to you taste the cheesy crust! I would've given them five stars for the pizza alone. We also had the house salad with the homemade dressing. The salad was good but not fabulous the dressings are outstanding now. Our server, Alex was outstanding! read more

The smoothies are delicious. I had the strawberry and it was very good. My wife had a moonshine jar and it was also very good. We had the wings and I like hot Buffalo wings so we got half hot and half mild. The mild were very good, it was your normal Buffalo sauce flavor. The hot were more like franks hot sauce than a Buffalo sauce. read more

food is 2/10 , I've had frozen pizza that's better than this crap ! way over priced for what you get !

Not a pizza fan but 5 years ago we ate at an MM in Myrtle Beach and loved it. Since we are in Branson for the firework show we had to come! It was as good as we remembered and glad we stopped. The cheesy bread was the best! The bread was thick and soft not crunchy like most. The cheese was just right amount and it was oh so good! We got a large Funky Q. Chicken pizza. It was Chicken, bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce! OH MY was it good. The chicken was tender and juicy, bacon had a nice crisp to it and the BBQ sauce was nice and tangy. Service was top notch. She never let our drinks get below half before she had us regills. Place was spotless (not sure if that is normal or because of the Rona) and lots of funky decorations. We will be back! read more

The adult pizzas were good. Had the Kosmic Karma was cheesy and the Roma tomato's slices added sweetness. The pesto swirl added a nice added layer of flavor. The the Maui Wowie (local option to Brandon) had grilled chicken that was juicy, tender and spicy. Disappointment in the kids pizza. It's just basically cheese bread. My kiddo was so bummed that this is what it was. A basic French bread loaf, split, and topped with cheese. Such a cheap cop out. Another disappointment was the cocktail. I got the Jam 'n Juice. Watery fruit juice drink, couldn't even taste the bourbon. There were plenty of open tables at 6:30 pm on a Sunday, but it is Branson's off season. Service was acceptable. We were seated, got our order taken quickly, and food was brought out in a very reasonable time. However, no one seemed happy to be there. Just greeted with a mundane "hello". Shown to our table by a host with no smile. Our server didn't seem thrilled or happy at all. I'm torn, they did their job and met the expectation of serving us with no SNAFUs. The first time we ate here 2 years ago, our server seemed to be on the "mushrooms". Forgetful, slow in getting our order, refilling drinks, getting extra napkins, getting our checking, returning our check.... This time though when asked our server did act swiftly, just not happy to be there. read more

HANDS DOWN THE MOST DELICOUS PIZZA YOU'LL EVER HAVE!!! We first started going to the one in Cincinnati, OH. Once I realized there was one in Branson, we were so excited. We came to Branson for the weekend + knew we HAD to come here for dinner. We always start off with the pretzel bites and beer cheese. You can never go wrong with the pretzels. The house salad comes with a house dressing that is absolutely to die for!! I always order the Holy Shitake Pizza with pepperoni. So gosh dang good but you also can't go wrong with the great white. Now that we know there is a Mellow Mushroom only 3.5 hours away from KC, we cant wait to come more often! read more

Came with my church gals- a large party ! We had a fabulous server and the organization of the big group was seamless and easy. The hostess immediately knew who we were and where to go. We had a pizza buffet and all the pizza was unique and delicious and honestly, I am not a pizza person. The salad was yummy too. The server was quick with drinks and refills and we got boxes to go in a jiff. The psychedelic paintings were fun to look at and the hippie vibe was enjoyable. read more

Mellow Mushroom never disappoints. We started with the pretzel bites and beer cheese - awesome. I had the Holy Shiitake Mushroom pizza, the girls had create-your-own calzones. Fun place, lots to look at with the bright colors throughout. Pizza is their main dish, it was okay, I would tweak their pizza sauce (Tastes like it was from a can). Tried their mushroom soup as well, it was good, could use a nice slice or two of artisan style bread to go with it. Our server was very nice and for the most part checked on us frequently. Food came out hot and in a decent amount of of time. read more

Gluten Free Review +gluten free crust Management has a ways to come here, ordered a gluten free pizza and family members ordered something else. They're pizza came out within 10 minutes and told me mine would be right out, which is normal with gluten free. 20 Minutes later she told me that they had made the wrong pizza not gluten free so they had to remake it. The manager finally came over to "check on things" and we said not good we just need a to go box now because everyone else is finished. She did not offer to take off any of our drinks, or discount the pizza, nothing, absolute trash management. They should understand if you mess up a customers order you need to compensate that issue with a positive for a customer experience that's a good outcome. Not here, thanks Mellow Mushroom. After a long day at Silver Dollar City I got to eat some crappy pizza on the walk back to the car so my family didn't have to wait. read more
