Horrible service from Cindy or Chole didn't get her name because she was more interested in letting…read moreme know her fee. $30 for soak off and $56 for a full set! Mind you I was 7 minutes late and she didn't want to take me and I called and she was upset! I had made the appointment with Lana whom I explained in detail what I had and what I wanted and expected. Yet I got a very rude unprofessional nail tech who came back after having me wait for 10 minutes while she spoke with "Lana" to see why I wasn't told fees ahead of time. She than continued to huff and puff and kept saying... You know I don't want there to be any surprises.. With the cost! I was taken back by the soak off fee of $30, she said it would take her 30 minutes to get off a $1 a minute! Said it was going to take past closing. Mind you I asked for 5:30 pm appointment and owner said 6pm would be best. At this point I already had told her to go ahead and start. She kept on huffing and puffing I told her hey I'm her to relax I don't like your bad energy and I don't wanted to waste me time... She then said "you're are wasting my time"!!! At that point I got up and left and she was still talking then she started yelling at me!! . I would have paid double the amount if she wasn't a rude racist unprofessional child! She thought I couldn't pay for her services and instead of asking for deposit or I don't know maybe doing the work! She chose to make me feel belittled and offended! Ruined my birthday day weekend. Nowhere to get nails done on short notice!

I travel all the way from Florida to Pennsylvania several times a year to see Dr. Bruno, and it's…read moreworth every mile. He's the only surgeon I trust with my face. Dr. Bruno possesses an incredible artistry and a deep understanding of facial aesthetics. I've undergone several procedures with him, including a liquid rhinoplasty that subtly refined my nose, expertly filled in childhood facial scars, received Botox throughout my face for a natural and youthful look, and had my lips enhanced with filler for a subtle and beautiful pout. The results have been nothing short of transformative. People consistently comment on how I seem to be aging backwards, and I wholeheartedly attribute that to Dr. Bruno's expertise. He truly listens to my concerns and goals, and his meticulous approach ensures the most natural and beautiful outcomes... time and time again. If you're seeking a world-class board certified plastic surgeon who prioritizes your individual needs and desires, I highly recommend Dr. Bruno and his team at Bruno Plastic Surgery.
