I got my makeup done and my daughter only got lashes. When it came time to pay, the owner was very hostile and angry with the price we were charged. He threw my debit card on the counter, slammed the door going out, and I received a call telling me I needed to pay more money. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this salon.

I was better off throwing it out the window.

Now when I went in there the other day I was so rudely pushed away by one of the gentlemen in there. Considering I spend literally between $50-$70 every two to three weeks in there, and told everyone I know and tipped my girl every time. Also the other reason I didn't have an appointment. the door had business hours stated 10am til ?? they didn't say by appointment only.I did explain I had only an short time due to my work schedule before I had to go back. There was another employee sitting in a back room doing nothing that could have done my nails. He made me feel degraded and unwanted. Well thanks to that employee. another salon had earned my business and will continue to receive my business. I guess they like to lose money and clients.

I then requested my toe nails to be cut very short. I have had spinal surgery and can no longer cut them as often as I would like so I want them very short when I come in for a pedi. He proceeded to argue with me and say he can't cut them shorter. This is the first time I've been to a nail salon that my request was completely ignored and declined. If you are looking for a relaxing experience this is not it.

This is definitely not our grandfather's trucking terminal. I remember back in the early 80's, when…read moremy Pop-Pop took me along in his Preston 18 wheeler. We stopped in the driver's terminal and it looked like a big auto repair shop all over. Cigarettes put out on the floors, gloomy lighting, and a lot of road rugged drivers. Yeah, that's not this place. The exterior building, lot, and landscape has the appeal of any corporate company. Walking into the main entrance is as equally nice. Glossy waxed floor tiles lining the hallway, leading visitors(drivers must where their badges around building) to several vending machices, nice restrooms, and to the right of those restrooms is a dinning hall for the drivers. I'm sure that the talks in the offices to the left of the restrooms aren't always swell. But the operators of Prime made sure the conditions at the terminal are not deplorable for their driving staff members.

The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, the aesthetic is so chic, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. I genuinely liked the stylist as a person (Katie), and she made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the haircut itself was not what we discussed. Before the appointment, I had a consultation where I explained that my hair is difficult to cut and that I've had issues in the past with people not layering it correctly. I specifically asked for multiple blended layers, we talked through it together, and I even showed reference photos so we were on the same page. The end result looked more like harsh shelves than layers, and my hair ended up feeling butchered. I actually specifically said that I didn't want shelves. I also ended up having a lot of split and uneven ends. It was very disappointing because I had been so clear about what I wanted, and I left feeling like all of my concerns during the consultation weren't reflected in the final cut. I don't doubt that they're talented or that others have had great experiences here, and I truly appreciate how kind everyone was. But after my experience, I wasn't comfortable returning.
