From start to finish they were incredibly easy to communicate with- responsive, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. Lisa and her team brought my vision to life, and it was even better than I imagined. What really stood out was their willingness to work within our budget without compromising on quality or creativity. They not only designed and set up all the balloons, backdrops, installations but they also spent extra time helping me decorate and design the farmers market with the custom gifts I made and/or purchased for my guests. The entire process felt stress-free and enjoyable. Everything turned out beautifully and we received so many compliments. I am truly honored to be The Simple Luxe's first farmers market themed client and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and kind vendor who goes above and beyond. If you have been following them on social media like I was and have an upcoming event - reach out to them and get a quote! You will not be disappointed!

We also wanted to include our late dog in the design, and she incorporated him so beautifully. Seeing the attention to detail in their previous work is what convinced us to move forward, and all of our guests were blown away by how everything turned out. Jasmine was also a pleasure to work with. She was very communicative, easy to talk to, and made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. She really listened to our ideas, gave us time to make decisions, and helped us stay within our budget. Huge thanks to the setup and cleanup team as well. They were punctual and respectful of the time we had the venue booked. My wife and I would definitely recommend The Simple Luxe to anyone (if it's within your budget). Their hard work and dedication to their clients truly shows in their work.

I had a horrible and extremely stressful experience with this business. They took $750 from me and…read morefailed to deliver the dress I ordered for my daughter's quinceañera. I placed an order in October 2025 for a quinceañera dress that was supposed to arrive in February 2026. When February came, I was told it would arrive in March. In March, I was told it would arrive in April. With my daughter's event in May 2026 only two weeks away, the owner still did not have the dress and could not provide any estimated arrival date. A quinceañera is supposed to be one of the most beautiful and memorable moments in a young woman's life. Instead, this experience was filled with stress, disappointment, and uncertainty. My daughter was left without the most important part of her quinceañera, and a time that should have been joyful was overshadowed by the owner's failure to deliver on her promises. To make matters worse, the owner has shown no compassion, accountability, or urgency in resolving the situation. As of today, I still have not received a refund and continue to be given excuse after excuse. Due to the business's failure to provide the dress or issue a refund, I am pursuing legal action to recover my money and hold them accountable. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. In my opinion, this business is unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice before trusting them with their money or an important event.

During the process of planning my February backyard wedding/Chinese tea ceremony I looked into…read moremultiple vendors for party tables, linen, chairs, bar set-up and canopies. I searched through many Yelp pages in the 626 and fortunately stumbled upon Tania's Party Rentals. All their rave reviews are much deserved. I cannot thank them enough for helping me make the planning process of my wedding go smoothly. Overall they were communicative, affordable, and accommodating. Despite the event being on a busy Super Bowl Sunday, Tania was able to help me secure enough tables, chairs, a huge canopy, and a bar station to accommodate my 180 guests. Most importantly, they were able to help me set up the Saturday prior to the event (a task other vendors have been unable to do due to lack of resources). In addition, they had a wonderful assortment of table linens to choose from so I was able to pick red tablecloths and gold accent runners to fit my Chinese tea ceremony color palette. Planning a wedding on your own is stressful enough so I am so grateful to Tania and her team for going above and beyond from start to finish to help lessen the stress. I look forward to working with them for all my future events and highly recommend their services to those looking for some quality party rentals from a quality team.

She made me feel like a friend/family, and that made me feel that she cared about my special day. Also, her prices were reasonable for the quality of service my husband and I received. BEWARE!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS PLACE/ LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION…read more I'm going to go in to details because I think it's important to know how long this person had to prevent this situation. I came across this company on Instagram I was drawn to the variety of things and services this company had to offer so I went ahead and secured deposit the date with Rita (aka the business owner) for a baby shower I was planning, I was able to book on April 29 2021 for May 29 2021. Knowing her company was close to South Gate made things convenient since she's not too far but due to some circumstances i had to move it to a park. So I reached out 2 weeks before the party and expressed my concern to Rita that I had moved the party to a park which is 41 miles away from her location. She said she was unsure and would give me an answer in 4 days so I waited and asked if she was up for it if not I would have hire someone else. Rita got back to me saying that we were good to go and the last thing we discussed was who was going to be waiting at the park for delivery. The day of the party arrives and i woke up to a notification from Venmo returning me all my money with a small message saying " refund no same day pick ups cancellation due to park needing permit". I saw this message highly confused knowing I had called the park several times and asked a bunch of questions about what was allowed at the park and what wasn't. I even expressed it was from a rental company. After I saw that message I replied and said "what? the park said there was no need for a permit" she then proceeded to tell me "We called and they said we cannot do commercial tents we will get fined and We have gotten fined before and pick up is before 8 pm". Never did the park express this to me besides the tent being a certain size and even if that was the case she could have reached out and follow through with the rest of the things I had rented out like tables and chairs which are more important then a tent. I called Rita a few times which she never picked up and never did I received a call back nor an apology instead she did the most cowardly thing and hid away from the situation. Now as for someone who works for a rental company I would never take it upon myself to take a job I could not complete and be forward and honest with the costumer ahead of time. Unlike Rita she is unprofessional and when it comes to communicating she will often give you the runaround, I feel she overbooks herself. She also gave me the wrong phone number when trying to send her money which locked my bank account for 3 days because it suspected Fraudulent activity and when I told her this she started having a menacing attitude. I then asked her to confirm her number and sure enough she had given me the wrong one. Even tho it may seem she follows through with work online I would be careful hiring this company. What she did was unforgivable and put me in a stressful situation and this could happen to you. Thankfully I was able to get what I needed elsewhere and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
