    Courtney and her team did a fabulous job for my wife's Birthday Party. She was moderately priced and did an excellent job being proactive with recommendations for the event. We will definitely be using her again.

    Courtney and the Simply Radiant Events team ensured our satisfaction was the number one priority in the launch of our new dealership in Santa Monica. Courtney took the time to understand our vision and what we wanted to achieve. Despite our 3-hour time difference, communicating with her was a breeze and her responses were quick and efficient. She selectively chose top vendors to complement our brand theme at a budget within our range. The event itself could not have gone any smoother. Courtney and her team were attentive to every detail- from start to finish. We would happily use Simply Radiant Events again for our future events and without a doubt recommend their services to others.

    Courtney was wonderful to work with. She was the coordinator hired by the client to handle the planning of an awards dinner at the venue where I work. She partnered very well with me provide an amazing outcome for their guests. She was very responsive, creative and extremely pleasant to work with. Event when curve balls were thrown our way, she stayed calm and we found ways to work through it. I could tell that she had a great relationship with the client and helped her feel at ease. I would certainly enjoy working with Courtney in the future.

The event was held a few weeks ago and guests are not only still talking about the food but a few have already booked PBP for their upcoming events. Leading up to the event, Hollis and her team were so easy to work with and communicated every detail with myself and my event planner. The guest count was higher than my wedding and was stressful to manage at times, but the PBP team handled everything so professionally and easily. After a few appetizers were passed around, there were a number of stations to choose from. It seemed like every guest had a different favorite. We all enjoyed delicious Jewish comfort food like latkes, brisket sliders, kugel, and matzo ball soup shots as well as Mediterranean food with salmon and chicken kebabs, rice pilaf, and a Greek salad. One guest said that the hummus was the best she had ever tried! It really was that good. The kids mostly enjoyed a slider station with sirloin hamburgers, fried chicken, and french fries, but plenty of adults grabbed a slider as well. They also created a signature drink for the Bar Mitzvah boy, which was really cute. For dessert, we all loved the ice cream sundae bar and assorted mini desserts like lemon bars, rugelach, and brownies. PBP also made yummy black and white cookies for all of our guests to bring home. With about 11 staff members to help with the event, PBP helped create an incredibly enjoyable and memorable event for my family and our guests. Everything about the experience was top notch. My only regret is that I was too busy with guests to enjoy everything at the time. Thankfully we had some leftovers to devour later (except for that hummus - everyone went back for seconds!). I didn't have to spend two days in advance shopping and doing prep/pre-cooking, then all day on Thanksgiving watching the turkey temp and stressing about what had to go in the oven when. Instead, I could enjoy a few drinks and actually visit with my family. Ashley was great to work with on the coordination of my event. She was so willing to accommodate all of my changes to the menu and adjust the quote based on changes to my headcount. Communication was great...she called with questions prior to the party and I was informed of a change in the arrival time on the day of. Kelly (who took care of the party) was fantastic! I was initially concerned that having someone hanging around while we had appetizers and dinner would be weird, but she blended right in. I was impressed that she kept an eye on the ice bucket and drinks, and offered to serve up plates and refill glasses during dinner. Regarding the food, I have 4 words: GET THE SHORT RIBS. Everything else was also delicious. Once we were done eating, she boxed up the leftovers (of which there were plenty for everyone to take what they wanted plus more). She cleaned up quickly and even washed the dishes I had provided. I told her she and the crew at PBP are my new best friends and they will be hearing from me in the future. The only downside was that she refused when one of my guests asked her to marry him ;)...maybe next time!! I booked her for Day Of Coordination, and while I was initially bummed to learn she wouldn't be there the actual day, she was incredibly hands-on from the start. From the moment I signed the contract, she was with me every step of the way, answering questions, offering advice, reassuring me when things changed, and just being a solid, supportive presence (even when I just needed to vent!). Early on, I felt nervous that we weren't diving into design details yet, but she told me not to worry as those things tend to evolve closer to the date. And she was right! My vision ended up changing, and I'm glad we stayed flexible. One thing I wish I'd taken advantage of sooner was the planning suite she provides. It's such a great tool. Organized, easy to use, and incredibly helpful for managing budgets, vendors, payments, the guest list, and more. Once I started using it a few months before the wedding, it made such a difference. Heidi also gave some amazing vendor recommendations, a few of whom we ended up working with and absolutely loved, whom I also have recommended to friends who are in the process of wedding planning! Huge shoutout to her amazing team (Ann, Maryamm, and Roland) who held it down on the wedding day. Ann stepped in for Heidi and went above and beyond to make things smooth and stress-free. They kept us fed, hydrated, and happy all day, and even made sure the lights were off on the dance floor to give us that party vibe we wanted. Throughout the months prior to the wedding, Heidi was always happy to jump on a call to answer any questions we had and was there to listen if we started to freak out about stuff. Not only did she execute the day of the wedding perfectly, she also planned one of the biggest secrets that made our wedding beyond unforgettable. With less than 2 weeks of notice, she had expertly coordinated with a world renowned DJ (Gryffin) and his management team to pull out a massive surprise for us, and we couldn't thank her enough. We can say confidently that her collective calmness and natural hype woman vibes made the wedding day fun and carefree, despite all the little things that may come up. After the wedding, her team made sure we left with all of our wedding food and cake so that we can use it for the afterparty, dropped off our dog and personal belongings at our hotel room, and helped us store decorations at her studio that we were able to pick up later in the week. She is the most caring, thoughtful, detail oriented, and amazing wedding planner you could have the pleasure of working with. Don't hesitate, go with Heidi and her team!!
