Adrielle was an amazing coordinator to make this the easiest experience for me. She had suggestions for everything: locations, supplies, catering, color ways, ideas, etc. It made the planning process less stressful to deal with and made the day as wonderful as it possibly could. I even requested an additional table to set up the food and drink station, and she had that also set up wonderfully! She was timely with communication, organized and very thorough with the initial onboarding inquiry form, and made me feel very comfortable with booking. On the day she sent me the confirmation location, I walked up to a beautiful setup, about 2 hours before I arrived. She included all my favorite colors, plates, utensils, glasses, and the custom chalkboard! Ugh, she made me fall in love with celebrating my birthday again. I was hesitant at first to book with someone, thinking maybe I shouldn't spend the money for this but in the end I'm so glad that I did! Everyone at the party thought that backdrop was so adorable! And it came out even better than the inspiration pictures that I originally sent Ana. Ana was very professional and friendly every time we made contact. She was pretty full with bookings for the weekend that I inquired about but she managed to squeeze me in. She was quick to respond to my messages whenever I had questions or wanted to change a few details. And even the day of the setup she did me a HUGE solid by making an additional simple balloon garland on the fly for my dessert table. I had never made a garland before so this was a major time saver for me since I had a ton of other little things to do for the party. By doing this, she showed me that she truly cares about her customers and making them happy. I would 10/10 recommend Lala's Party Creations. I know that I will going to her in the future Thank you so much Ana for making my baby boy's first birthday party special!

My experience with this business was extremely disappointing. The owner displayed a very…read moreunprofessional attitude and made little to no effort to be welcoming or engage in what should have been an exciting and meaningful event. Unfortunately, several issues arose during my event--my backdrop fell, and multiple balloons had popped. This lack of accountability was both frustrating and disheartening. To make matters worse, she declined to return and resolve the issues, stating she would not be available until after my event had already concluded. Overall, the level of service and professionalism fell far below expectations.
