The 6ft wooden tables and cocktail-tables looked beautiful online and when I had my brother pickup the items, and set up for my baby shower, I was horrified to see that the tables were OLD, chipping, and dirty! All our linens are manufactured in the USA and our tables and chairs are made of high-quality materials for a better look and more durability." This was false advertising if I've ever seen one. The entire experience was terrible and their customer service representative was dismissive. Their drop off policy is not stated on their website so we had to find out that drop off was between 2:30pm to 4:30pm AFTER the deposit was charged and had no way of canceling (reservation was booked less than a week before the event) . Who has that specific window of time to drop off on a weekday?! By the way you cannot make any modifications to your reservation or cancel under a week of pickup/delivery without incurring a charge. I also found this the hard way. Again, do yourselves a favor and go with another local vendor! I have trusted A Rental Connection in Moorpark for years, but I thought to give these vendors a try... never again.
