All the displays were done so nicely for holiday shopping. They had a huge variety of items and a section for stocking stuffers, which I thought was very clever. I came specifically for a few pairs of the hidden socks/no-show socks. They actually had quite a variety of colors and options. I bought a few pairs of them for a really good price. I also found some gifts to give for Christmas. The checkout line was very long. They did have five employees at the checkout, which made the line move fast. Majority of us would either go the Valley Fair or Great Mall location, so this is a time saver and easier commute for the community. The Uniqlo team had an awesome fun grand opening weekend from Friday - Sunday. I went to the Friday and Sunday openings, and it was professional, fun, and well managed. I loved how the management partnered with a local groups for a Taiko performance and Ikuka baker from Los Altos for catering. The free merchandise was great from Japanese candies, tote bags, and Uniqlo knot bag. The store is well stocked with the latest collabs of one piece, mofusand, and more. The staff are very friendly and interactive with their customers. I can't wait to return to this Uniqlo!

I frequent both this location and the one in Valley Fair - however, this one is my favorite location because of the customer service and the fact that the person that ALWAYS helps us, remembers returning customers, even now when we have to wear masks! This location is also very clean and not as stuffed as the Valley Fair location. I find this one has more breathing room and space to walk. I've also haven't had a problem finding a size in this store but on the rare occasions that it does happen, they assist with reaching out to the other location to see if they have the particular item and size in stock - so, so helpful! There's a lot of Bape, Supreme and shoes you can't find elsewhere here too. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful selection of dresses--they had so many beautiful options to choose from! After finding a dress I loved, I realized I had forgotten my glasses and couldn't tell if they had it in my size. I asked a sales associate named **Shay** for help, and she was absolutely wonderful. After I explained that I loved the dress but needed a slightly shorter fit, she suggested I try the petite section. She personally walked me over, found the exact same dress in a petite size, and it fit perfectly! Along the way, she asked about my son's wedding and was so warm, personable, and genuinely kind. Her professionalism and customer service were exceptional. Later that day, I realized I had accidentally left my sweater in the dressing room. When we returned to look for it, we couldn't find it anywhere. Shay took my name and phone number, assured me she would keep looking, and offered to text me if she found it. We stopped back later that day, and although she hadn't located it, she told me she had been looking for it throughout the day. I was so touched by the effort she made. This Macy's location is in the Westfield Oakridge mall. It's a fairly smaller Macy's compared to…read moreother locations. I don't shop here as much as I used to. Their inventory is minimal. Their selection in many of the departments is minimal. I stopped by to return a Christmas gift that I received that didn't work out. I went directly to the customer service area where you do the returns. It wasn't too busy and there were only 2 people ahead of me. The Macy's associate greeted me when it was my turn. She asked me for proof of purchase. There was no gift receipt that came with the gift. It used to be, that the tag had the return barcode on it, but apparently this has changed. All she could do was return it for the price it currently was, since I didn't have a gift receipt. I'm not sure why they changed their policy, but that just made things more complicated. Then she said she had to wait and see what the register does after she processes the return. I might get a store credit on a gift card or might receive it in the mail. Luckily I was able to get it on a gift card right then. I'll have to remember when I purchase a gift here in the future to ask for a gift recipient. That way the person who receives my gift won't have to deal with this craziness if they aren't happy with my gift. Other than that, my experience with the customer service was good.
