A table with pottery near the entrance caught my eye right away. I also enjoyed checking out the flavored salts and oils for cooking, room diffusers, wall art, and jewelry. I was surprised to see they carry the wonderful Osea skin care products as I didn't know they were made in California. I ended up buying a ceramic spoon rest, room spray, and a tiny gold "diamond" ring. Their prices were reasonable. The store owner rang up my items and was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

I bought a tank top and it was $42 which was pretty steep but I didn't mind. Until today, I had washed the top I purchased ONCE and after only 2 or 3 wears it starts pilling almost everywhere! Sometimes the my washer does this which isn't avoidable, but I had washed it with like colors and fabric types so it shouldn't have done this. There's also weird lines in the fabric now so not sure if I would wear this outside my house anymore.

I wasn't familiar with cap sizes so the salesperson said if it didn't fit my Dad, I could bring back the cap for exchange in 2 weeks. I told her we are not celebrating his birthday until around 2 weeks and she said I could still bring it back with a little wiggle room. The cap she helped me select was unique. It was made out of wool and had little flecks of color, making it a little bit different. She also boxed it up for me so that I could wrap it later. My Dad opened the gift yesterday night and it fit! Emilia, the general manager, emailed me when it arrived and said I could pick it up or they could ship it to me. I picked it up today and it looks gorgeous. I'm very happy with it. I also purchased a small jewelry box and some caramels when I was there today. I'll definitely be back to shop there some more. Update #1: I emailed customer service about the flawed chain, as the owner suggested, and they replied the same day. They offered to send me a label to ship it back or I could drop it off at the store. I chose to drop it off at the store today and the staff member I dealt with was very helpful and nice. They are going to contact the vendor for a replacement or repair and get back to me. Will update again when that happens. Original review: I was looking online for a 23" gold-plated chain necklace and found one at She She Boutique in Los Gatos. I was happy to see I could order the chain from their website and have it shipped to me, avoiding having to drive there. Easily placed my order online. It arrived three days later in cute pink packaging. Right away I noticed the chain had a flaw. It looked like several links were bunched up in one place and wouldn't straighten out. It was disappointing because the 23" length is hard to find, plus it was kind of pricey for costume jewelry. The She She website isn't showing any more of this particular chain, so I'm not sure I will be able to exchange it. I guess I'll stop by the boutique and see what happens. Maybe they can fix it.

I was sure glad I did. John spent a good 20 minutes figuring out what the part did and getting it back into place. The person that helped me out was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, he was able to guide me through the inns and out of selecting a board that would not only be age appropriate but something that he could also grow into and would last long enough with quality parts "without having to buy the top of the line equipment or for that matter buying something that was crap" I settled on a thrasher board with 53 mm wheels and ABCE9 bearings along with NC Boardshop trucks and finished the underside with the Santa Cruz screaming hand and a bones dinosaur sticker. Cuz that's how I roll "get it, roll?" The shop not only carries everything you need to build a board the also sell protection gear, shoes, socks, pants, and shirts as well as sunglasses and even Christmas ornaments, " which I bought, laugh out loud" Total price for the board was $129 which honestly after doing some interweb research is a pretty good deal for a quality skateboard. Overall experience was great and the customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend them if you're looking to buy a board for yourself or your loved ones.
