As I teased my Wisconsin family members about warmup drinks and no snow on the ground, we spilt a flight of 1/2 size cocktails. The decor meant a lot to me since my family had ponies, horses growing up and our Dad had his pets. They were Belgian workhorses, his babies. They behaved better than us kids.
