I got my husband a large sundae bc it was posted as 7.75 for a small or 8.00 for a large. I even questioned this. It was vanilla ice cream hot fudge with sprinkles. It's a sundae so you would expect toppings. It was 1.50 for the fudge and .50 for the "jimmies" aka sprinkles. Nothing on their signage indicates these charges. Will probably go back on occasion but seriously, the pricing needs to be clarified.

Our first visit to the new location on Foxcroft was ok. I…read morereally want to love this place but the experience overall was underwhelming. The positive: Large assortment of frozen treats and bubble teas. Shaved ice, handscoop and softserve icecream. Lots of flavors. Unique speciality frozen treats like flavor ice combos with softserve. Friendly servers. Colorful interior The not so great: Slow service- there were 4 workers, only one person in front of us, and we only ordered 2 plain icecreams and it took 9 minutes to get them Tables way to close together. Ordering/waiting area didnt have a flow. Quality of icecream/softserve average. Undecided if we will go back. My rating rationale +.5 Service +.5 Food~Taste/flavor/quality +1 Presentation +1 Atmosphere/vibe +1 Value

When we arrived, we were greeted by the host and she sat us down. I really loved the aesthetic of the rustic look. Our sever was sweet and eager to explain all the specials and deals they had. They also gave my best friend a glass of champagne for her birthday. We ordered the following: - Deviled Eggs- these were so good that we ordered it twice! Creamy and warm - Brussels Sprouts- So sweet and loved the texture - Hot Honey Shrimp- Spectacular! - Pepperoni Flatbread- That was ate up in seconds - The Sweetheart wine flight- We loved it - Salmon Risotto- Salmon was perfect. We brought everyone we know here and they've all had nice things to say about the ice cream. We've tried other ice cream joints in the area, and none of them come close to Tad's. The only thing is that they have a small setup and the lines can get long sometimes. B ur they move through them pretty quick. Sometimes they're amazing, sometimes it's just overpriced, painfully boring grains. I'm happy to report I found Good Natured in the first category! The seating area is smallish but cozy, with a beautiful display of veggies as a focal point. I tried the (faux) cheesesteak flatbread, and found it both pretty to look at and delicious. It came with a glorious side salad which was surpassed in beauty only by its flavor. I brought the rest of it home, but I will be back to try other options. It's all too rare that I have much to pick from. The waitress made me a raspberry tea that really hit the spot. Give them a try, but be open to different flavors. Not all substitutes taste like meat, but often are just as tasty in a different way. These guys bring the umami.
