It was fun to visit an Aldi outside of my hometown of Huntsville, AL. Mom-in-law and I came in for…read morea few items she was looking for (shallots, Karo syrup and pie crust for her and Aldi brand cheese Advent Calendars for me). MIL scored everything but shallots and after perusing the store, I asked a very kind and helpful young man about the Advent Calendars because I knew they hit the shelves on Advent Day (11/03 I believe) each year and sell out quickly. He said, yup, they were all gone as soon as they stocked them on Advent Day. :( I knew this would be an issue with all the supply chain problems stores are facing these days, so I wasn't surprised. In case you are curious, the calendars are YUMMY! They are ~ 14.99 in store and ~ 60.00 thru vendors such as Amazon. Aldi also has wine advent calendars and gin advent calendars (in select markets for both of those - this store had neither that I saw) and readily available chocolate advent calendars which I think I saw here, but am not 100% sure - will upload photo shortly. I love the "2 buck chuck" wines at the SE Huntsville AL Aldi (well one of several really) and got a bottle of 9.99 pinot grigo that was not bad from this Aldi. [I did notice their wine prices were higher than the store I'm referencing in AL; however this store had a larger selection. Clean store, friendly staff, well organized - I found this Aldi to be a nice one! Thanks, Aldi! Hope to score those Advent Calendars **early** on 11/03/2022!

I recommend you have the delivery driver stay there until you account for every item you ordered…read more Seems like the majority of time an item will be ordered and not delivered. Also, they seem to pick items that are old or at least, not the freshest, especially where produce is concerned. Last, when I order potato chips, bread or similar fragile items, they always arrive crushed as they obviously get heavier items placed on top of them at some point in the process of gathering the food. I like Aldi prices but they like to drop off my order and leave without even letting me know they are here. They should be courteous enough to ring the doorbell and let me check the items instead of stacking them in front of the door making it difficult to open the door. I'm a paralyzed veteran confined to a wheelchair and have a great deal of difficulty getting my groceries when they do this. When I catch them there I ask them to, at least set the items inside the door and stay long enough to inventory what I have received but the driver;s are always in a hurry to drop off and leave as soon as possible.

I avoid big chain stores whenever possible so this establishment starts out at five stars merely…read morefor existing. It's got all the grocery departments, deli, bakery, fresh meats, produce, frozen, canned goods, paper goods. No Boars Head at the deli, though, alas, and no really high quality imported cheeses (unless I missed them, but I will be back to report). In keeping with the shop-small concept I even noticed a good percentage of small independent brands for sale here, too. I believe I've been at Groceryland three times; it's a wee bit far from home but I keep it in the supermarket rotation as I carefully plan my shopping trips. Plenty of inventory and no issues with out of date items. Nice big parking lot, and it's just across the side street from the Throttle Bar, so you could drop off the Mister there and meet him afterwards. Of course there are no required "cards" so if something's on sale, it's on sale, and you don't have to present a piece of plastic or give your phone number so that your shopping habits can be recorded. That's a plus. In spite of the overall relatively high prices, there are enough positives to stay at four stars. In fact the only reason it's not at five is there is still a degree of 'covid' theatrics going on and that displeases me. I'm in high hopes that'll be gone by my next visit, and unless something goes very wrong I'm sure that extra star will shine.

I love to go there when I just want to run around for the day, never seems like I need anything and BOOM I've spent 100.00 easy again! The cashiers are always very friendly and helpful. The only downside to the store is maybe finding a cart. Yes, the store is a mess but it is an outlet you are not going into a Nordstrom. All in all I can't recommend this place more. Great prices, friendly people, and finding stuff you never knew you needed every single time you go in. I Love it

This place happened to be a nice hidden gem in the rough! This place has been open for years according to various reviews. Their website when I visited it seem to be very outdated which had me worrisome that this place may not exist anymore. I go inside the building and it has all this amazing fresh food, snacks, supplements, kitchen accessories, bathroom products, a bakery too! This place was clean, organized and just shopping through the aisles this place was insanely massive! I would enjoy to have a place like this back in Illinois and I'm surprised not enough people know about this place or visit this place. Prices are definitely Sky High compared to other health food stores that I normally visit but there are hard to find products or items that I have never seen before. Plenty of parking in the lot with easy access to the highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. I really enjoyed the bakery. They have plenty of vegan options too there as well. Overall, i highly recommend checking the store out.

It was closed for service but had some "Gluten Free" cookies in a plastic pint cup under glass protected shelving. I asked to purchase it. The cashier retrieved it from the glass case, put it in a bag, and rang me up. I immediately ate two of the dry cookies from the bag in my car as I was very hungry. I did not take the container out to look at it as I had seen the sign in the store "Gluten Free" and that was what I needed. After I got home, my husband was shocked at what was on the label!! I am still shocked!! I had not eaten any seed oils or preservative laced foods for years. However, unwittingly, now I have filled my body with trashy unhealthy ingredients!! The label on the 'Sinfully Gluten Free' is sinfully full of very unhealthy additives! Shocking! Truly unbelievable for anything remotely associated with a health food store!! Seemingly unlimited in the gratuitous junk added together to make a dry cookie with little taste. Sinfully constructed. Should be a health warning prominently displayed on it next to the name! Stunned at the existence of such a unhealthy mix sold at HealthFoods Unlimited and VERY disappointed. UnHealthy Food!!
