I'm so happy we have a clean, friendly Walmart. Well stocked. My only suggestion: make answering the phone a priority.

This is a great Walmart. It wasn't too busy when I went and the employees here are super helpful with helping me find everything I was looking for. We walked around the whole store looking for welcome mats and could NOT find it until we asked for help! Tons of variety of things to buy. One of the worst Walmart's from a staff perspective I have had the opportunity to go to. Lady at self check out in the morning is extremely rude when you ask any questions. She acts like it is a hassle to help you with your checkout experience. Almost forgot that was her job. Not even sure why she's there. Not to mention she has her mask below her chin, like either wear it or not based on your circumstances of the vaccine. The welcomers are great people which makes the in and out not so bad but self checkout is brutal with the old witch. Also very nice person I had the opportunity to deal with when returning a product, had yellow/pink hair if I recall. Very nice and respectful. Need more employees like that. read more

It's Walmart, Super Walmart. It's on par with every other Walmart, clean with everything that one could possibly need. What is neat about this location is that there are entrances labeled for the supermarket, pharmacy, and outdoor, so you can go i closet to the things you actually need and don't have to go searching. The parking lot is huge, big spaces and relatively clean also with plenty of places to return your carts so people seem to put them away. Oh! Something really cool to note is there's this atm type thing you can sell your used phones for cash right inside the doors near the supermarket portion. read more

Extremely disappointed/frustrated with the Beavercreek Ohio Walmart. Looking on line for parts for props for the Local High School Show Choir, I found the item needed, and it was available at the store. Instead of ordering on line, I drove over to the store, waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that they don't honor the on-line prices. WHAT???? This is ridiculous. To top it off, I had a tax exempt form (since it was for the school), and I was told that they couldn't honor that without a Walmart tax exempt card. Really? I don't usually shop at Walmart and after the treatment today, I doubt I'll ever shop there again. Immediately went online what I got back to my office and ordered the part from Amazon. Sorry Walmart, your customer service just lost you another customer. read more

I took my daughter to the eye center to look for glasses. Due to COVID and her being over 18 I was instructed I needed to wait outside of the eye center while she looked at glasses. I was fine with that. After looking at glasses my daughter decided that she wanted to look at other eye centers for glasses. I just happened to hear Richard the eye center technician that was assisting her, tell her that if she decided to purchase glasses at another eye center they would need to call Walmart so that Walmart could call her insurance and cancel the preauthorization. I heard him tell her this and asked to speak with him. I requested that he call the insurance company before we left and cancel the preauthorization. I was not aware that he had called the insurance company to preauthorize a purchase when we had only gone in to look around. I am very unhappy with how this was handled. I know that there is no need to preauthorize when I am only there to look. I will not recommend and will not return to any Walmart Eye Center in the future. I like to shop early in the morn. . Before 9am mostly. The store never has the shelves stocked no matter the day I go. Then after filling my cart, I have to self check-out all my items because they dont have enough cashiers that early. Now I dont mind checking out myself, plz dont get me wrong, but a whole cart full. Just dont expect the trip to be quick. read more

eh this place is just ok, i been to better walmarts for sure. i hate the layout, im use to other layouts and so this one is very odd. parking is nothing but a pain in the ass for sure. not many cashiers for sure. over all wish there was one closer. read more
