    This is without a doubt the nicest Kroger location I've ever visited. The store is huge and…read moregenerally very clean. The floors are always polished and shining, the produce department is usually well-stocked with quality produce, and the deli appears to be clean and sanitary with a nice selection of meats and cheeses to choose from. During my visit on Nov. 9, I waited at the deli counter for almost 30 minutes before it was my turn to place an order. It was approximately 2pm and only one employee was working in the deli. At first, I was very annoyed by how long I had to wait, but by the time it was my turn, I felt sorry for the deli worker. She was doing the best she could by herself and kept her cool with numerous customers waiting to be helped. Usually deli customers must take a number and wait for their turn, but the number dispenser has been missing for more than a month. It's not easy to keep track of who was waiting ahead of me and who arrived after me. The deli worker apologized for the wait and was sweet and professional. I've heard that they simply cannot get people to work, so she is stuck trying to cover the entire department herself. There are certain areas of the store that are roomy and easy to navigate while other areas of the store have numerous large displays in the middle of the aisles making it a complete cluster! The customers tend to be rude and have a sense of entitlement, so they block the aisles, take their good old time, cut in front of people, and don't respect the personal space of others. Society today... My biggest complain about Kroger is their weekly featured saving items that require the customer to select digital coupons in order to get the sale price. I successfully select the coupons and meet all of the requirements in small print, but I always get cheated. I hear this from many people. It is difficult for the elderly as well especially if they do not use a smart phone.

I review the bad and the good. So, I am very saddened to finally get an opportunity to talk to one of the Fairborn Kroger's employees that I have called about, went online about, and personally talked to a manager about say she hasn't received any praised about a review I reported. Her name is Sharon, she monitors the Uscan at Fairborn's Kroger. She is an epitome of customer service, I go to the Fairborn store about 4 times a week (I try to stay out of the Xenia Store as much as possible) there has not been one time that she has not greeted me with a smile, offered help when it looks like I'm struggling, and thanked me as I'm leaving. That is customer service, and she should be acknowledged. DO BETTER FAIRBORN KROGERS!!!!!!!

It was Sunday so options were limited and, I HAD to replace the tire. All SEEMED well when I left, there was a bit of a shimmy but, it was my first road trip in this vehicle so I didn't think much of it. Made it to Atlanta and parked the car for the two weeks I was there. I had a rental for work and parked next to my truck every night. On the way back, the truck started shaking badly. I pulled over on the highway thinking I had a flat. Nothing. Checked the suspension, all looked fine. Tried to go a little bit and the truck just shook. I had it towed to Pep Boys. As the mechanic was pulling it into the garage, another guy came running out, waving his arms, yelling. My wheel, the one THIS WALMART replaced, was ready to fall off. It had two sheared lug posts and the remaining lugs were very ready to go. The wheel had been improperly seated by WALMART I had to pay for the repair AND a hotel for the two days I had to spend waiting on a new wheel. My wheel was ruined, the holes were bored out, making it useless. Not to mention the HUGE SAFETY RISK this put me in. Pep Boys got me all fixed up and back on the road. When I stopped at this location to see about them reimbursing me for the repairs, replacement wheel and lost days, they offered me $350. About a third of my total out of pocket. I told them that was unacceptable and we filled out the claim paperwork. Their claims guy called, I explained what had happened and he said he'd look into it. I have a job. A pretty good job. I was not looking to rip them off, I don't need to. I wasn't doing a "slip and fall" wanting them to buy me a house. I got REMARKABLY BAD SERVICE THAT COULD HAVE(luckily it didn't) KILLED ME!! I wanted them to make it right. That is all. I didn't ask for ANYTHING. I would have settled for just my out of pocket but, the video showed the guy torquing the lugs so, NOTHING. They claim NO FAULT AND I AM OUT ALMOST $1200!?! Needless to say, I am in the process of suing them now. If you mess up to the degree they did, SOMEBODY has to make it right. Especially when all that is being asked is what it cost me to repair YOUR BAD SERVICE!!

    Kroger Pharmacy has lost a great team member when the pharmacist left a few months ago. She was…read morereplaced with Julie who doesn't have (or doesn't use them) basic customer service skills. She never greets you, never smiles, and it never pleasant. A recent visit to the pharmacy left me standing in disbelief. Between Julie and her pharmacy tech Joyce, who is as unpleasant as Julie, their behavior was rude and unprofessional. They made me stand there and wait, the ONLY customer, while they filled multiple orders before they filled mine. Then they stood there and were whispering to each other, I assumed they were taking about me from the side eye they were delivering. The price is that I had already requested a refill so there is no good reason that I had to wait in the first place. They used to be a great pharmacy but notably the Julie/Joyce team has been especially unprofessional for the last 2 months. Do better ladies. Take some remedial customer service classes because you definitely need them!

A lady named Melissa was standing there, looked me up and down with disgust, said nothing, and kept doing what she was doing. I counted to 10, then said " I realized you're closed, but I was overcharged, what do you want me to do?" She looked at me, rolled her eyes, asked how much I was owed, rolled her eyes again, looked at my receipt, and gave me my money back. I took my money, then told her she didn't have to be so nasty. Asked another gentleman her name, and let Ms. Cindy know she was mad because she sent me there. This lady should not represent Kroger's customer service. The last time I was there playing my numbers, she and another lady were talking about co-workers in front of me. SAD
